Morning all
RS so glad you managed to find a group that will give you the support you need and make you feel comfortable :T
I am starving today! It took me ages to get up and now I can't stop thinking about food and what my next meal will consist ofmust be those flamin hormones doing their worst as I usually crave bread during TOTM not choccy
B: 3 slices wholemeal toast (no butter) with cheese spread. I just couldn't face porridge today, the thought made me retch
L: Lentil soupCan't remember what is on the meal plan, probably something like scouse or a stew I think and OH will make it
Hopefully I can stay away from the 16 choccy mini rolls sitting in the tea room next to the shortbread and delicious russian cookies someone made.0 -
Still haven't been able to face the measuring tape since the over indulgence that was Christmas & New Year. Although I have to say I'm feeling slightly more positive about it today. Have been back to my normal meal plan and have also been doing quite a bit of walking recently (although I'm going back to karate training tonight and feel like it may kill me due to how unfit I've become in just 3 weeks!)
Might bite the bullet and do some measuring tomorrow!
But I have to admit that I'm struggling to resist the temptation to eat a couple of biscuits in my office just now, even though I've just had an apple no more than 15 mins ago! Must resist!0 -

Daily eating plan Good morning everyone. I am late putting my plan up today because I had to go to the shops and get my veg for the week and couldn't plan my menu till then:D
Today is my normal SW easy peasy plan;)
Breakfast/Lunch - leftover ham, left over jacket potatoes, chopped onion and eggs all griddled together to make a sort of spanish omelette plus an apple first thing (all free) using 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (1 heb) Milk in coffee will be (hea)
Dinner - Chicken breasts marinated in a spicy tomato sauce and then into the remoska with rice and vegetables followed the aldi muisli optifit yogurt with fresh blueberries ( all free) - made the sauce with passata, chilli flakes and a bit of sweetener.
Evening snack - have to plan for this cause I have been eating stuff the last two evenings that I should not be having and if I am not careful I will not lose this week. So I am making a large sugarfree jelly with some chopped up fruit in it and some carrot and celery sticks and will munch on that lot if and when the urge takes me:p:o
It is a lovely day today with the sun shining brightly, makes such a difference to my mood.
Love

I'm doing terribly badly. Honey sandwiches keep appearing in my hand as if by magic, have real bad sugar and starch cravings. Doesn't help that there has been bread and cereal in the house. Bread is finally gone now though so that will help matters!
Had Jordan's organic muesli and banana for breakfast (2)
Lunch: scampi and chips and salad(1)
Dinner: Not sure, going to some sort of cookery party so no doubt will be sampling and quaffing.
Snacks: satsuma, grapes (2), white roll smothered in butter and honey2015 wins: Jan: Leeds Castle tickets; Feb: Kindle Fire, Years supply Ricola March: £50 Sports Direct voucher April: DSLR camera June: £500 Bingo July: £50 co-op voucher0 -
Hi didn't get to post yesterday, and didn't do much walking, only 1000 steps done all day! Will go walking in a few minutes to try and get todays 5K in then some more to bring my average up. Yesterday had veggi stew, not bad but left a gap that needed filling with french bread. The bulgar wheat and advocado salad was nice, but maybe should go lightly with the artichoke hearts in oil. But I do love them so. I use the oil as a dressing hmmm.
Today has been bad for sweets. Several toffees and 2 truffles have been consumed. Bfast was apple clemintine and half a roll. No lunch yet just got home. Think there is some salad left will add extra tomatoes and lettuce to stretch and reduce the oil damage. Just a couple of olives with it. Tonight will be making spag bol.
RS glad you found a good group.WL 11 st 5lb as at 050109. 160209 11st 2lb

The free ones at Aldi are the optifit ones with wholegrains - 4 different flavours with muisli and blueberry being my favorite although the strawberry and orangey ones are good too. It is only the ones with grains that are free, the others are quite high in syns;)When life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0 -
Finding things tough at present, watched McKenna programme and have started eating more slowly but no big improvement I think, still eating as much as ever...I am blaming the fact that since 5th December I have had visitors for at least 2 nights a week and it won't stop until 26th January....have also had Christmas and two weddings thrown in to really confuse me.
Good luck everyone
