Hi all,
Finished work at 9 so only a 14 hour day  same again tonight, in at 7am and out when its done but at least I am better prepared today as yesterday was a bit of a disaster.
Yesterdays tea became a few biscuits, peanuts and crisps left over from a function and apple pie and ice cream when I got home at 10pm!
Today will be:
B: 2 wholemeal toast with HM jam
L: Cottage cheese & salad wholemeal rollJacket potato with beans and salad
S: Plenty of fruit and fruit squash
Have a good day all0 -
Doing absolutely rubbish today.
Yesterday at my friend's I had pasta bake and half a chocolate cake - not really very healthy but knew it wouldn't be anyways. TBF I only had a slice of toast with phili for lunch so I reckon it's ok.
Today however...
Breakfast:
Slice of toast with lighter butter
Bran flakes with raisins nuts and banana with semi-skimmed milk
Blueberry juice with ice
Then had a chocolate cake... oops
I am very tired though so am trying to boost my energy.
Still fattening though
Lunch:
Probably won't have any as theatre trip at 2.30pm and am not hungry now and need to do coursework til around 1.30pm
Dinner:
Will have what I planned to eat for lunch - mushroom and veg stir fry with bean sprouts and possibly quorn chicken
Fruit or yoghurt pudding
Hope you're all doing better than me!May Wins: 2 x Beauty Brilliance Multipurpose Highlighter Sticks in pink and gold, Cellulite buster cream, Garnier eye roll-on stuff and James Brown Hair Mask.

hi, i hope no one minds if i join in. i've been trying to be ms and os lately, and am cooking from scratch much more now. I have done slimming wolrd on and off for years, when i stick to it i can lose quite a bit, but then get bored and put it all plus more on. I've decided that now i'm the biggest i've been in years, i need to do something about it. the check out lady in tesco actually thought i was pregnant the pther day. i was too embarrassed to correct her!
my biggest problem is portion sizes, and alcohol at weekends! so in an effort to keep myself on track, i hope you won't mind if i post on here for motivation.
i'll be eagerly looking for low fat recipes on here too, and ideas of what people take to work for lunches.
my other aim is to start running again, and going to the gym at least twice a week!
thanks for reading!0 -
evening everyone!
weigh in tonight and half a pound on - but I did weigh in jeans when I usually wear lighter summer trousers so I'm guessing I stayed the same.
I didn't win Miss Slinky - my friend did but she has lost nearly 4 stone at SW and always looks fab - so stylish so I think she deserved it. She did give me the flowers though cos she's just about to move house:Tthey are lovely lillies.
I'm still a pound under target so will just carry on as normal.
Hope you all have a good week xDo what you love :happyhear0 -

Hi all,
Yesterday was actually pretty good even though I was working really late so heres hoping tonight will be the same
B: Wholemeal toast with jam
L: Lentil and tomato soup with a small wholemeal rollEither chana dal or jacket spud with beans and salad
S: Probably just fruit again
Good luck all0 -
Well yesterday wasn't as bad as it could have been, but more will power would have made it better!
B Cereal
L jacket spud with a huge pile of chicken mayo
D 8 ferrero rocher (the point of no of will power)
Weigh in today was 10' 9' so a gain of 2lbs
today has also started badly as the fridge is bear and you can't breakfast on frozen stuff.
B hot cornish pastie from shop
L soup and 1 cheese sandwich
D something that can be cooked direct the frozen stuff
Will try and find the time to shop, really fancy some stir fries so will try and write a list and stick to it.
Floyd - congrats on working those hours and being organised enough to have HM anything!
Taplady - keep it up, 1lb under target is so good.
To everyone hope you all enjoy the weekend and keep to the diets.0 -
afternoon!
commiserations to those struggling at the moment. Its a hard time of year to diet when the shops are full of goodies!

B - puffed wheat with skimmed milk
apple
L - beans on toast(ww bread) sprinkling of toast
2 wholemeal crispbreads with chutney and slither of cheese
satsuma
D - SW egg and chips
will probably have a yoghurt later
