Well done on the loss Taplady.
I'm a thorough disgrace. I eventually braved it onto the scales this morning. I didn't want to know really. None of my clothes fit and I feel thoroughly fed up. I had a bit of a better day today. I think I need to be really disciplined and try very hard to report in each day. I know I came back here last week, but not been good about posting.
Breakfast was banana and pear.
Snack: pear and some corn cakes
Lunch: Mushroom and vegetable risotto. Banana muffin HM.
Starbucks coffee, pot of tea at pub, pot of tea in cafe in Harrogate. Resisted cakes.
Dinner at slug and lettuce in Harrogate with friend. Water to drink. Tostada with goats cheese and various veg/salad things.
Meeting: offered drink but didn't have one. Cuppa at friends
Decided to drive home from Harrogate and arr 12.30. Cup of instant decaff and a banana.
I think that was everything. Atypical day, but I was out.
I did wear a new cardi that I got the other week. I need to put all my linen trousers and summer tops away so that I can see what I do have to wear. I've thrown quite a lot of stuff away in the way of winter tops, as they were very shabby. Hate shopping for clothes as a rule.[SIZE=-1]"Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit.
