Hi, I dont know how i am going to do it but i have spent the last 3.5 years sorting out the rest of my life and now i am getting to the point where i have to sort my weight out, i need to lose about 5 stone (although i havent checked recently) and i am hoping to do it using the cheap meals on other parts of the site

I may not be on very often at the moment but i wanted to introduce myself as i feel my way around to see whats here. Has anyone else managed to do this?

Any advice and support would be great.

    morning!

    welcome to shazbo:hello:

porcrastinator - dont hide away! x

had a dreadful day yesterday - was out all day, had a great time but the food could have been a lot better.

    B - 2 WW bread toast

L - veggie breakfast in pub - HM potato cakes, beans, tomato, egg, mushrooms, toast, coffee

D - veggie burger, roasted veggies and pots(big dollop mayo)

I also had a mini bag of jelly babies and a mini bag of choc buttons from M & S plus several chocolate caramels.

I suppose not too bad except for the sweeties.
    back to it today.

    good luck all x

  • Morning all, hope you all have a good week!

    Welcome shazbo :T

I've had the week from hell resulting in upset stomach on top of not feeling like eating so weight loss at tomorrow's weigh in might well be great but it'll be bittersweet.

Don't have mealplans at the moment as i'm eating as and when...
  • Not too bad yesterday:

    Breakfast:
Half slice of toast with lighter butter
Handful each of apricot and blueberry wheats with nuts, raisins and semi skimmed milk

    Lunch:
Slice of cold Domino's cheese and tomato pizza
    Plum
    Apple

    Dinner:
    Nut slice thingy
    Sweetcorn
    Peas
    Ketchup

    Teaspoon of chocolate spread
A few crunchy nut clusters with low fat milk
Satsuma/Clementine (never quite sure which lol)
Chocolate spread and peanut butter on crumpet
    Three advent calendar chocolates

Like I said, not too bad. As you can see, was craving sweet stuff.

    Hope you're all doing well!

    Tomorrow's hopeful plan

    b - porridge with honey

    s - bnananaa, plums

    l - jacket p with beans n salad

T - HM fish cakes, mushy peas
