Hi, well done to all the losers.

Well I've put on 1.5 lbs. Not too bad as my appetite is more or less back to normal (probably unfortunately for my waistline!).

Dr told me this morning I was lucky to be alive so then I went a bought a chelsea bun from the bakery - no point being lucky to be alive and not enjoying it!! :D:p

So need to watch the biscuits and cakey things for a while. Got a while till I'm back at work. Walked from the bus stop up the hill to home and was wrecked so no major exercise for me yet!! For now, gone are the days of walking 3 miles in my lunch hour.

Also need to concentrate on my 5 a day. Thinking I may need my vitamins :o

Mixed day really. Good breakfast. (half doz prunes) Good lunch described earlier and good dinner of left over lamb curry, spicy cabbage and small amount of naan, other half of prunes. Rather spoilt by several spoonfuls of Nutella in attempt to have a chocolatey fix.

Have had more than my five today so that's good.
There's always tomorrow. But I need to plan that out.

Breakfast will be porridge. Piece of fruit maybe.

Lunch - rest of cooked tomatoes, need something with that, other disc of goat cheese and will see if there's any more helpings of mash in the freezer. It was really nice.

Dinner is scheduled to be jacket potatoes. I think I shall have tuna and corn on mine. DS will have coleslaw, beans AND cheese!

  • Well I'm out of the lb a week before Christmas as I've only lost 1lb in the last 2 weeks! But a little loss is better than no loss!
Maybe I just need to make a bit more of an effort (although I'm finding it tough at the moment since I'm in the process of moving flats which is turning out to be quite stressful!)

Hope everyone else is doing well!
  • well done taplady, 2lbs in great :D

I had a mini blow-out last night as it was my sisters birthdays. Only ate a tiny piece of cake, but ate a lot of kettle crisps, I love them too much!! Back on it today; will just decrease my WW points by a couple each day for the rest of the week to make up for last night.

Naughty naughty Eltee! I went on the scales this morning, was 3 is kg short of my max earlier in the year and 4 1/2 over my minimum. Will have to be careful. Going to plan so far, except I had cornflakes instead of porridge. Tomatoes on there own as no mash and a slice of bread andmarmalade to follow.

Will try and make sure that I have a cupppa and piece of fruit when I get in from work to keep me going till teatime. Am supposed to be not spending at the moment but I think I need some salad or veg or something to go with the jacket potato otherwise will end up with baked beans and or coleslaw and cheese!

Better today, I think it's the White carbs in bagels that really make me hungry so I switched back to dal for lunch and it really helped.

    B: Porridge with skimmed milk

    L: Dal

D: Chickpea and veg curry with brown rice and a small piece of naan

S: Small skinny latte and 4 cadbury crispy bites (50 cals each) which killed the choccy cravings too

Think I might abandon Saturday weigh in to avoid that sinking feeling of a screw up. I'm back at it and that's what counts so full speed ahead to get the other 3 lb off to reach my target for Christmas. 11st 7, wonder what that feels like, not been near that for about 6 or 7 years
  • Blew yesterday's points by sucoming to a kebab on the way home from pool last night!! Shouldn't have eaten it as I feel bloated and yucky this morning :D

    Today:

Breakfast - crunchynut cornflakes and ss milk
lunch - soup and ww yogurt
dinner - chicken curry with fat free curry sauce

no snacks today to try and undo a little of yesterday's badness!! Will be eating HM soup for dinner over the weekend which will hopefully balance the week out and make Tuesday's weigh-in slightly less painfull.

Have a good weekend everyone  I'm off to behave like a giggling fangirl and watch New Moon at the cinema tonight!!
