Have been off the wagon and it shows.
Errrm , *creeps back in shamefaced* too.
I lost about 7kg in the summer and I've got quite a lot of it back on. I have SAD and I think it's partly the medication, partly the condition, partly the fact that my meals aren't as regular as they should be (dh is working away most weeks) and most of all probably because I'm a greedy cow!
A feeling of control would be nice and I'm lacking that at the moment. I need that back before any weight will move.
Perhaps I could start posting here again?"Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad"

Ooo can I play? I was on weight watchers but I can't afford it any more
I'm finding it really hard to lose weight all on my own and I'm desperate not to put any back on since I've managed to lose just under 2st this year!! :T
Anyway, on ww I would be on 17pts and I'm still trying to point as best I can on my own.
Today I had
B - Home baked low fat apple muffin 2.5pts
L - wholemeal pitta, waffer thin turkey & wotsits 5pts
D - I was feeling lazy so same as lunch 5pts
Snack - Home made no sugare apple pie (just replace sugare with honey) 2pts
Total 14.5pts. I should probably be eating more but the slice of apple pie was huge and now I'm stuffed :rolleyes:0 -

Have you tried making low fat muffins? They're a god send, they're really comforting and filling and they feel naughtyThey also take absolutely no skill to make which is a good thing otherwise I'd be in real trouble!! :rotfl:

Morning. I've had porridge for breakfast. It's too early for breakfast but I'm in work for a lesson at 8,45. Left over hm indian for tea, not sure about what will fall in between. I should try and think about that before I get home."Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad"
