Well done Raspberry Swirl :T
Having an OK day today, nothing bad but probably too much bread for it to be good for my weight loss as I tend to maintain if I eat too much bread even if my calorie control is fine. Bakery items are not my friend!
B: small bagel toasted with cream cheese
L: Cream cheese and salad sandwich ( forgot my breakfast and lunch so bought cream cheese in local shop)Either sausage casserole and veg or chickpea curry with brown rice and a small piece of naan.
S: Small skinny cappuccino
Have a fab day all0 -
Have had the serious munchies these last couple of days. Luckily I don't have much to munch on at home although I did somehow let a mid-morning bacon roll slip in there at work one day! Had a small luch to make up for it though.
Haven't done a weigh-in since last weekend on Oct so will weigh this weekend and hopefully see a good result!
I love the idea of the lb a week until Christmas! Hope I can keep up with you lot! Good luck to everyone.0 -
hello everyone
dont know if anyone remembers me.
its been months since i have been on here but wanted to pop in and say hello.
i stopped coming on here when my life pretty well turned on its head over the summer. i carried on losing weight but i felt a fraud coming on here because it was anything but oldstyle (i just couldnt eat due to all the upset)
anyway things have now settled and i am now a reasonably happy single mum of 2  i finally got to my target of 11 stone last month (i am 5'10") and i want to know how to maintain this.
i am gradually getting back into oldstyle and cooking for me and the kids and any advice on maintenance would be greatfully apreciated.
hope you are all well, i will try and have a catch up with some posts when i get an hour to myself
