    Hi all

Still doing OK, succumbed to curry, rice and chips from the chippy last night but had a small portion with boiled instead of fried rice so I don't feel too bad ;)

B: Nothing, OH had used up the last of the bread AND oats AND fruit and not written it on the shopping list

L: Cheddar (v.thinly sliced) and salad on wholemeal bread

D: HM chicken burritos with spicy rice and corn on the cob

    S: 1 choc digestive

Hoping I can keep it together, have got the stress of packing for NYC and my Mum moving house this week as well as tons of work to do so it will be hard :o My scales have also given up on life too
  • Eltee I'm with you on this one! I've got a terrible cold. Have been in bed most of the weekend and when I've not been in bed I've been eating! (As you said: feed a cold!)

Had a few people round offering tea and sympathy but they've also been bringing yummy things too so I've been munching a lot more than I should have (despite the fact that I can hardly taste anything, what a waste!)

I've decided to skip the weigh in this weekend as the cold is making me feel bad enough without more bad news!
Hoping to feel better (& lighter!) next weekend.

Hope everyone else is doing well.
  • Friday night we went to our local beer festival so that was a bad day for my diet! Then it was my nephew's 3rd birthday party yesterday so ate cake and sandwiches and crisps!!

    Dreading tomorrow's weigh-in....

    Today:

    Breakfast - porridge
Lunch - HM mushroom soup and ryvita
    Snack - WW hula hoops
Dinner - Chickpea stew with white fish

Managed to eat veggie Mon - Wed then found the last of Sundays roast pork so had pork curry last night, I've been really naughty with snacks so will be lucky to lose any weight this month - I'm really struggling with the mornings and nights being so dark.

Clocks change this weekend so hope to use the morning light to gee myself up and get motivated.

B: bought bacon bap as no bread for toast and running too late for cereals

    L ham salad sandwich

D out tonight for Italian - will try and just have main meal with my wine (!)

Hope everyone has a great weekend with an extra hour in bed, have a good holiday Floyd.
