Sorry, I don't do Slimming World, but there are plenty folks on here who do.

It has been very quiet here lately...is this a sign of many people falling off the waggon (weight-loss/healthy-eating-wise)?

As this the beginning of a new month, I am going to try much harder to lose more weight. I am meal-planning today for the next few weeks, so I can get myself more organised. This should help me lose pound (lbs) and save pounds (£s)!! :D

Have a good month everyone...will our little green friend post her monthly weight-loss missive later today I wonder? ;)

Hi Proccy :T Great, desperate begging there , well done :D

All is well in the lilly pond. Have been busy with the Tadpoles and Mr Frog and trying to keep the pond clean while working full time really takes it out of you doesn't it?

The mission to get down to 10 st is still ongoing. I'm trying not to weigh so much, but did actually hop on this morning as a matter of fact. So, I'm now 12st 8lb. Still another 2st 8lb to go, but I'm getting there. I wont lie to you all, I am still bingeing. Often. But, I am fighting it. And I guess sometimes I win.

Hope you are all doing well. There's only 8 weeks til Christmas so we could easily shift another stone by then if we pull our fingers out. I don't actually have fingers I have toes, but that just sounds wrong doesn't it? :D

  • I have been terrible. Have finished all the halloween treets. Sugar fixes galore.
I would love to lose at least half a stone by xmas but think that will be pushing it as I have lost a whole 0.00 this year. Lose it then gain it over and over. I know I need to move much much more. Have spent all of today on the PC.

Frogga you are an inspiration well done on your loss so far, even with the odd lapses you done so well.

  • No weight loss this week but no gain either!

Have decided that the broken toe has healed enough to go back to karate training tomorrow so going to try & be as active as possible these next 8 weeks! Would like my family to see a noticable difference when I go home for Christmas.
I have been trying to get out and go walking recently but the weather has been putting a stop to that most days! What happened to this Indian summer they were talking about?????
  • Left my lunch at home today but luckily a colleague had a random cup a soup in their drawer so am saed from having to buy an overpriced, fattening sandwich!!

Weigh-in tomorrow night and am feeling positive about it as I've been really good this past week, and been swimming twice. But TOTM might put paid to all my hard work :)

procrastinator - but thanks for letting us all know of your amazingly successful (and massive!) weight-loss frogga- we are not worthy,
we are not worthy,we are not worthy!!! :cheesy: Congratulations again, you are a real inspiration! :T:T

I too would love to lose a stone before Christmas, not sure if I will manage as much as that, but half a stone would be good.

Been busy making veg soup today using a collection of veg from the past two weeks' veg boxes (celeriac, squashes, carrots, leeks, parsnips and turnips). I hope it will taste good...these bungerall soups of mine usually do...might add lentils in a mo too, but have to make sure it doesn't stick and burn!

Making list of all the food in the house today too, so I can plan meals for a few weeks and then devise a shopping list for Mr T. I had planned on doing this yesterday, but felt carp, so did knitting instead (body-warmer for neice done, now started one for my lil'sis - Xmas pressies both!). At least I got something done!

    Food today

    B: Porridge, raisins + OJ
    S: HM Muesli slice
L: HM soup, HM cheese roll + HM houmous mmmmm! Going to try some mooli radish with the houmous tomorrow!
    S: Banana
T: Pork chop, noodles & veg
S: SF jelly with HG rasps
