So far so good today
B: 2 slices WW bread toasted (HEB), scrambled egg, ham
L: Jacket spud, beans, big pile of mixed veg follwed by pear and fat free activia yoghurtWill be - Ratatouille, chicken and either rice or couscous.
Got my water bottle by me and have had some green tea and fruit tea today aswell.
I follow the EE plan on SW an if any more experienced members have any tips they would be gratefully received!

Fruit is good for ... ummm .... shifting stuff ... lots of fibre and stuff and good things. Apples especially. Dunno about points though - they are a mystery to me!
Generally, there's about half a point in a portion of fruit. Where-as vegetables have no points, except for peas and sweetcorn. It's to do with the sugars.0 -

Not sure I could cope with points ... my 5 + a day are built into my day now! Veg included too of course.

snack
small jam doughnut - donated by colleague on 'feed-a-cold' basis - spilt jam down top BAH!
Lunch
HM spicky (or even spicy) sausage pasta
Dinner plan
probably hm chicken nugs & potato wedges

Hi all, having a bad day in work so I'm grumpy and looking for biscuits!
Managed to resist so far purely on the basis that I weighed myself today and have lost 1 lb so its spurred me on to not eat junk
B: 2 weetabix with skimmed milk and half banana
L: Egg sandwich (2 small wholemeal slices, 2 mashed eggs) and some beetrootProbably pasta pesto as OH is working and I can never be arsed to cook when I get home
S: Maybe a skinny latte, might need it as I am thoroughly p#**ed off today0 -
I gained 1lb last night at weigh-in, but was kind of expecting that as per my posts from yesterday
Todays food consists of soup for lunch and dinner!!0 -
Someone broke into my car last night, crow barred the door and bent it and moved the driver's seat back... nothing in it to take though and the car has an immobiliser so they would have had a problem :rolleyes:
Just had my car fingerprinted :rotfl: and me too!!
Anyway food day has been a little off course but the plan:

Did a half way through the month WI and had lost a 1lb, really pleased with that but then my weeks gone a bit to pot as in had McD for lunch Wed AND an evening meal, then forgot my purse on Thursday and had to borrow petty cash for lunch which consisted of 2 pasties as I'd missed breakfast AND ate an evening meal oops!
My fella is also driving me nuts, he is very stressed so I'm trying not to snap, but I'm eating fatty carbs to compensate - hey ho!
Next week he is away so I'm hoping to
B; smoothie or toast
L; sandwich - ham or chicken salad
D pasta (in any guise) and poss veggie most nights.

no idea rest of today or weekend as am going away with friends and catering hasn't been discussed so will eat whatever I'm given, or at least the non meat element.
