I was very good yesterday - today I have to work out how to use my OH's posh electronic scale thing that is supposed to tell you the % of fat - though how I havent a clue. He bought them second hand with no instructions ( go figure - he is a bloke) and never uses them ....

    Yesterday
Breakfast _ all bran and bran flakes with skimmed milk, drinking yog and coffee
    Banana mid morning
Lunch - asda GFY thai chicken soup ( my fave !) and a piece of bread (white with extra fibre in) Pear for dessert
Dinner - Rice and small portion of home made low fat chicken curry

Drank green tea apart from my first coffee

Today look similar to finish up soup etc!

R Swirl are you drinking enough?
Try and eat some high water content foods like cucumber & tomatoes or melon, also high fibre foods like shelled nuts; almonds and walnuts and seeds and beans too.

    Thanks for the reply :)

I drink 3 cups of green tea during the day and about 5 glasses of water/squash. I don't think I can drink anymore without having to camp out near a toilet!!

It's difficult to find a balance as I'm on the ww diet so nuts are quite high in points, though they are healthy fats. Perhaps I should get back on the bran flakes as I've been on porridge lately?!

Fruit is good for ... ummm .... shifting stuff ... lots of fibre and stuff and good things. Apples especially. Dunno about points though - they are a mystery to me!

What about swede? Mashed swede on a roast always does the job for me ;)

Doing Ok today and very busy again so I'll be away from temptation

B: 50g muesli and skimmed milk

L: 2 slices wholemeal toast (no butter 400g loaf), banana and pear

D: Roast chicken with lots of veggies and some mashed sweet potato

S: Maybe a skinny latte if I have time today
