Hi all, my weigh in was supposed to be 26th, but as I ate out fri night I delayed it until this morning and have lost 1lb.
I've done lots more walking this month as have a new dog, had thought I'd lost a lot more, but very happy (finally) as my jeans are now much looser and I even squeezed into a size 12 without cutting off all oxygen supply!
Not had a good start to the day as I couldn't find my work jacket or phone and so got to work late and ended up with :
breakfast of crisps and a cuppa
lunch is HM sandwich ham & chutney with a small tub of coleslaw (mainly because it needs using up)
Dinner is turkey leftovers probably as a stirfry
Hope you all have a good week0 -

I was wondering that too Eltee! It's a bit quiet in here.
Office chocs are nearly gone and although I did indulge, I didn't have too much.0 -
It it goes quiet it usually means some are too busy eating/too guilty to post - ie ME!!!
I plan to start again from Monday. Got nearly a stone to lose by January (dinner dance), as I need to get into my black evening skirt I haven't even worn yet(It was £3 from a charity shop in January, but that's not the point!
)
working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
Hi all!
I'm still here, just been super-busy in work so no time to post. Fortunately I have managed to stick to plan 100% but it hasn't been easy as I still seem to be getting ridiculously hungry at around 4.30 and I don't eat again until 6 so I've just been trying to distract myself with apples or finding something to keep me busy.
B: 50g muesli and skimmed milk
L: HM veg soup and HM breadKing prawn laksa witha courgette and carrot salad with satay sauce
S: Small skinny latte
Hoping for a decent weekend but have already promised OH that Sunday is 'picky tea' which involves big hunks of bread, cheese, HM pickles and chutneys so I'd better put in the effort on Saturdays bike ride to balance it out0 -
Hello
Sorry haven't posted for a couple of days not very well, bad cough and various other ailments. Have been craving sweet things so bought some rubbish and just enjoyed it. Now back on track(I hope) going to stay off work today, have docs appt this pm. Will make a big batch of soup for lunch. Diner is out with friends and then theatre, will need a restock of throat lozenges etc and I find gum helps suppress the cough so at least thats not too bad.
Sending warm and positive thoughts to you all.WL 11 st 5lb as at 050109. 160209 11st 2lb
