Welcome in Eltee and Donna good luck with your weight loss journeys
Zippy I was away visiting various family in South Wales so we went from Cardiff over to Saundersfoot then back up to the North West. The fish and chips was from a fab place called The Mermaid in Saundersfoot, highly recommended if you like fish as they do lots of lovely fresh things grilled but I couldn't resist the real fish and chips
B: 2 toast
L: 2 toast (busy today and didnt have time to throw anything else together)
HM chicken burrito with spicy rice, corn on the cob, salad and a few tortilla chips with my HM salsa
S: Probably nothing
Have a great week and well done to all the losers :T0 -

Evening all,
I'm happy as the 4 pounds I put on last week - I have lost again :j:j:j:j
so I'm back to 9st 9 so my target is another 9 pounds - I've just cut out snacks and being doing housework, going back to the gym once back is completely better, may go on toning tables until then though.0 -
Well despite how terrible I felt I've been doing I decided to weigh myself at the weekend and since I came home from Berlin a month ago I've lost around 2kg!
This is a total surprise since I still haven't been exercising much as the broken toe is still bothering me, although I have been eating much better this last couple of weeks so it's obviously made a difference!
Lets hope I can keep it up!
Hope everyone is doing well.0 -
