Morning all, yeah anyone seen our green frogga friend recently??

Managed to not even think about biscuits all evening so no extra post dinner snacks for me yesterday.

    Plan for today:
b: two slices wholemeal toast with jam
l: butternut squash soup plus damson pie
    d: chilli wraps

snacks - rice crispie square (eaten already :o) and some oatcakes.
working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?
  • Hi everyone,
right it was my birthday last week so i used that as an excuse, you name it i ate it:o
indian food, chinese, mcdonalds, crisps, chocolate cake etc etc
i am really really going to be good now, i am aiming for no more than 1200 (max) a day.
    <<<<<<just off to weigh myself>>>>>>>>>>>
  • hey foxy-roxy, I agree that birthdays should be taken advantage of! It's mine on Saturday and I'm not planning to do any calorie counting that's for sure!
I do have a target weight for Christmas but I figure a weekend of indulgence can't hurt too much (and even if it does I'll just be extra good after that)
    Birthdays should be enjoyed!

Happy birthday for last week by the way! :)

    Hi all,

Still doing OK, really, really hungry today :( think its because my breakfast was small so its thrown me off balance all day

B: Yoghurt and granola (best of a bad bunch as we ate out)

L: HM veg soup & banana

D: HM Singapore chow mein and a side salad

S: Tesco one bite mini chocolate roll

Hoping for another loss this week to take me under the 12 stone mark again but this is usually where I plateau and go nowhere so I'm a bit pessimistic ;)

Wow, it is really quiet here, or has a new thread been started without me knowing, and everyone is hiding there! Can I come and join you all please!

I am being pretty good lately, I feel a bit stuffed tonight
though, despite not eating much. Having a late tea could be the reason. .

I was supposed to be making quiches today (well yesterday originally!), but got side-tracked when a colleague/friend popped in just after 5 and stayed until 6:30!
I hadn't seen her for ages and we were talking work, well partly! Anyway, the pastry I had made up this afternoon and put in the fridge to chill...is still there! We had pork chops with noodles and veg..nice and quick, but we didn't eat until after 8 in the end. I will defiinitely make the quiches tomorrow!

    So food today:

    B: Porridge, & raisins + OJ
    S: handful of grapes
L: Sald leaves & herb with grapes & HM bacon bits in wholemeal pitta - yum, I'll do that again!
S: Half a Healthy Living Hot X Bun from Mr T - DS2 ate the rest, I was too full!
T: pork chop, noodles & veg (carrots & brocolli), + nectarine
S: was going to have some muesli bar - but they had gone mouldy, message to self, take fewer pieces out of freezer, or eat them faster!

Trying to follow the 90 day journal by Paul McKenna, doing pretty well, on day 12 today. I will only be having WI days every 15 days, first is this Sunday, hope it is good news!

We have had a bad time tonight with our brand new computer (super fast and lush!:D). We only got it yesterday, and the light on the monitor lighting up the screen has stopped working, or rather does this intermittantly, which is worse! We are back to using our old 17" monitor which already seems tiny compared to the 20" new one...I can see a box being returned to Dell soon I fear!

Right off to bed, will catch up with all my other online chores tomorrow. Got Paul McK on my phne now, so I will sleep well tonight!

    Night, night :)

    Hi all,

I am still doing ok and really trying hard, I just hope its reflected in a loss at the end of the week :)

Not too sure what I am going to eat today as I am at home practising a talk I have to give next week so theres lots of temptation to snack

B: Probably toast with HM marmalade (no butter)

L: Tuna salad or a small baked spud

    D: Chicken pie with vegetables

Have a good weekend all, not sure how much I will be on this weekend but I will try and get on to give my weigh in ;)

    Morning all,

No loss for me this week, a STS but not really surprising as hormones have made me balloon

Managed to make a batch of bramble jelly this morning and going to do some plum jam later in an effort to keep me busy and not snacking. After all, its pretty daft to dip your finger in boiling jam for a sneaky taste :rotfl:

B: 2 wholemeal toast HM marmalade (no butter)

L: 2 small wholemeal rolls with tuna and red onion

D: Veggie haggis with mashed sweet potato, steamed cabbage, green beans and carrots

Too much bread but I can't go out shopping as I'm waiting for a delivery, 7.30am to 7.30pm, surely they could narrow it sown a bit more than that!

Hope everyone is OK, numbers are waining at the moment
