So my current weightloss aim is to lose 5kg by Christmas. Well after a weigh-in yesterday I seem to have lost 1.5kg since I came back from Berlin two weeks ago!!! I was quite surprised to say the least but it seems that my body is reacting well to eating fruit and vegetables again and staying off the beer!
Hope everyone else is doing well!0 -

Well I had a silly week - put 1lb on but don't know why, I didn't even have my usual fish and chips on Friday.
Must be hormones or something, so I'll get back on with it an hope to get somewhere next week.
Hope everyone has a good week.0 -

Yesterday was fine, did my 7 miles mountainbiking although it really hurt!
Food yesterday was OK too, not particularly nutritious as we couldn't face going to the supermarket so we just ate what was in the fridge and freezer
B: None, went straight out biking
L/D: HM lasagne with HM potato wedges
S: HM apple and raspberry crumble with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
Todays food has been fine so far:
B: Bran flakes, skimmed milk and a banana
L: HM dalNot sure yet, OH is in charge
S: Small skinny latte
Everyone is hoping to go out for breakfast tomorrow so that will be hard but I will do my absolute best to pick something sensible and ignore the fried egg butties ;(0 -
Hello All,
I joined up over a week ago as I got really down over my weight due to replacing my scales - old ones had gone wrong, new ones weighed me 6lbs heavier than I thought I was :-(
Anyway an eventful week after a 4 week adoption process I rescued a GSD x Husky 5yo dog and have spent the week at home with him, he is lovely and we are doing 2 walks a day so that is helping tone my legs - although my knees, ankles and hips are aching like mad !!
I've come to terms with my weight (again) I have lost weight as many of my clothes now fit without bits of me buldging out of them so now I just have to get back to my 1lb a month loss and accept that new scales are right.
Also I'm back to work this week so will be much better with food as I can't snack.
B 2 slices of toast with thin layer of low fat spread and peanut butter - 350 calories
L Ham salad sandwich and Fruit Yogurt - 450 cals
S Banana - 100 cals? (ETA been naughty as found the last 2 fairy cakes I made last week so eaten them as well)
D gammon and pots & veg - 600 ish cals
Above is today food and the calorie intake is roughly the same most days (as long as there is no wine in the house!), so I hope with my new daily walks to get back into my size 12's by Xmas.0 -
