Starting again today....
B- cereal (small portion) and milk to dog
L - leftover syn free 5 bean chilli and a banana
D - small portion of tuna pasta bake
S - go ahead biscuit
E - at least 1 hour of dog walking (20 mins already done)0 -

I'm weighing in the morning so i've got my fingers crossed my 2 baddish days haven't done too much damage.:rolleyes:
Todays food has been
Breakfast - 2 x toast with jam
Lunch - Spaghetti on toast & a yogurt
Tea - Fish fingers, chips & beans
Snacks - Grapes, melon, 2 apples, 1 biscuit, peanut butter on toast
I've also spent 2 hours mowing and strimming my garden so that should have helped.0 -
Evening everyone
I've decided I'm going to weigh in on thursdays, starting next thurs
Breakfast - sultana bran
Lunch - veg stirfry with fresh egg noodles.
Tea - jacket potatoes with beans
Snack - fairy cake

Hi all,
Bit of a sketchy day today as I was so busy in work I missed lunch after having breakfast at 8am so I then completeley crashed at 4pmnot too bad in terms of damage though but it just means my blood glucose is all over the place so I keep feeling hungry
B: Bran flakes, skimmed milk and banana
L: Nothing at all and nothing to drink until 4.30 (sometimes I hate my job)
Wholemeal spaghetti matriciana with a side salad
S: Flapjack at 4.30 to try and stop me getting the wobblies due to no lunch
I will try and drink more before bed as I suspect I am dehydrated rather than hungry0 -
Yesterday was much better than the day before!
Just a 2 finger kitkat to report as a baddie!
Today won't be so good...
Am out tonight for a curry witha friend but will try to not go completely mad!

Struggling a bit tonight as I missed lunch again today due to too much work and not enough hours in the day to do it so its thrown me off balance

Not too bad yesterday but no exercise to speak of done this week so will try and get a good walk in over the bank holiday.
Bfast today toast, lots of coffee.
lunch green lentil soup.
dinner probably tagliatelle - DS favourite but not very slimming.
Slowly fading - well done on the 11000 steps, I know how hard it can be.

Lost another pound this week so I'm pleased with that
Also got some sale bargains in town today which feel amazing on (50's polka dot wiggle dress and black wedges £8 in office reduced from £50) so it's incentive not to eat junk as it's not very forgiving!
B: 1.5 slices of dry wholemeal toast with marmalade
L: Falafel with salad in pittaVeggie curry with boiled rice and poppadoms
S: nothing today
