    Hi all,

I've been good today, i can't wait to lose some weight to fit into my clothes again:rolleyes:. I've only got a few things that fit me:o. Oh well at least i've made a start.

    Breakfast - Cornflakes
    Lunch - Beans on toast
Tea - Fish pie & Apple & blackberry crumble ( small portion )
Snacks - Rice cake, apple, banana, 1 biscuit, yogurt

I've also been for a 40 min walk.
  • yesterdays meal was roast chicken and trimmings. i dont cook something in replace of the chicken , just add baked beans to the menu instead.

chicken (if you like chicken it can be part of your healthy b)
    mash
roast potatoes done in fry light...much better option.
    carrot/turnip mash
    baked beans
bread sauce (milk can come from your healthy a allowance)
    paxos stuffing

    free points baked beans,roasties,
pointed mash, carrot/turnip mash, bread sauce, stuffing

i would say about 5 for the meal. i dont measure out the butter for the mashes...too much faffing about imo. i give myself about 1 or 2 tablespoons of it and stock up on the free foods. if you give yourself more of the free foods you only need a tablespoon of the pointed foods.
  • i also made homemade bread and butter pudding which we had with icecream lol. had a little bit of that as a treat for supper.

    Hi all.
Had 2 biscuits last night but other than that was good. Even made a fruit salad for after tea (got a large tub of it today too).

b: farls, smoked salmon and one fried egg

l: pearl barley cooked with garlic, cumin, stock, peas, sweetcorn and then added smoked salmon, baby tomato, chopped parsley (to counteract the garlic hopefully). And fruit salad

d: Barley stuffed peppers (bit of a barley overdose ;)) and chicken breast with pesto wrapped in bacon.

Snacks - rice crispie bar and a nana.

    Morning all!
Everything went to plan yesterday apart from a little bag of mini cheddars as a snack - otherwise pretty good for me

    Todays food will be...

B - cereal (milk to dog)
L - banana, satsuma, apple, grapes, go ahead biscuit
D - 5 bean veggie chilli and 1 pitta bread
S - small pack of low fat crisps

E - walk dog for at least 1 hour (15mins already done)

Hope everyone has a good day.
  • Morning!

Had a bit of a blip over the weekend. Overdid the alcohol on Sat night then on Sunday replaced lunch with choc & crisps!

Apart from that I've been doing quite well. Nice healthy meals and snacks with pretty much no junk! Hope I can keep it up. I'm looking to buy some new clothes soon but would like to loose a few inches first so it's a good insentive.

Hope everyone is doing well. :)
  • Hi
Listened to the CD last night as OH was away. He needs to lose some weight also so might try and get him to let me listen to it tonight. Not sure how he'll take it though.
    Bfast cereal,
    Lunch pasta salad
Diner quorn fillet, mash and HM coleslaw.

DD made orange jelly with mandarins last night, very nice as an eveneing snack, tonight she has made red jelly with frozen fruits. Looking forward to it. Had apple snack at work and an orange at home, so 5 a day taken care of.

Back is still hurting, need to up the exercise but walk to work is too far and too presured. Will see if friend will accompany me on gentle stroll when she gets here.
