That's the thing I keep doing too - there's a dress I want on the Topshop website, but I'm not buying it until I've lost another 7lbs.

  • Cor blimey! I've never had risotto before and was really enjoying it until my friend told me what was in it. Of course I was onto the second helping by then. But it was lovely and when it was washed down with all the wine they brought tasted even better. Oh well will have to walk some extra miles to try to lessen the damage. Good luck one and all.
It's up to me now and nobody else.

    Hi all,

Well, had my op on 3rd August & am now gallbladder & gallstone-less :j To be honest I've not got my full appetite back yet, which is good in terms of trying to watch what I'm eating, though my OH does keep trying to tempt me with stuff now I can eat anything I want again *sigh*

    Anyway, plan for today:

Breakfast - bagel with low fat marg
Luncc - 2 plums, lf cereal bar & Sunbites (didn't have time to make anything proper, so just grabbed random selection!)
Dinner - gnocchi with tomato, bacon & veg sauce (maybe a bit of parmesan)
Snack - playing darts tonight, but will drive to the away game so I don't drink, but will try to avoid too much snacking on the food afterwards!

    Good luck everyone

I'd like to join in too please.

I set myself a target in the new year to lose 1lb a month and have managed to do this, but then my scales went wrong (well they weighed me at 3 stone so I guess they were lying ;)) When I bought new scales I weighed the same as in Jan  SOOOO depressing.

    Hi all,

Can i join in please? I'm really struggling to find the motivation to lose weight at the moment, and am the heaviest i've been in a long time:o. I usually follow the WW diet as i've got all the stuff and i find it good if i stick to it.;) I've just finished 3 months with Tesco diets where i spent a fortune on buying the food every week, didn't stick to it as it was too rigid for me and ended up weighing more at the end than when i started. See, i'm a lost cause i think.

I'll start tomorrow as i've stuffed myself already today:rolleyes:.

Hi, Slowlyfading we can be newbies together.:D

I've weighed  and it's worse than i thought:o. The last time i was this heavy was when i was pregnant. Oh well it shouldn't get any worse now. I'm aiming to lose 7lbs in a month ( hopefully it shouldn't take that long ), then i'll be under the next stone mark.

I've had weetabix with semi skimmed milk for breakfast, i'm not sure what the rest of my meals will be yet. I need to go shopping badly. I also need to do some form of exercise, i was going to take the children on a bike ride but it's raining at the moment. I might go for a walk with wellies if not.

I hope everyone has a good day.
