good morning :D where on earth are we all  its sooooooo quiet these past few days.

WI this morning and have put on 1 of the 3lb i had lost last week. just goes to show the truth of the theory of the body storing fat when you dont eat. i did expect the gain after going back to eating fairly normally after a weeks not eating.

i am still 2lbs down from starting my holiday so thats good, i had expected some gain.

just hope i can put the last 2 weeks behind me, get back on the healthy eating track and lose this last stone. we are going to a party at the end of oct so thats got to be a goal for me, should be pretty do-able, have just checked and its 11 weeks away.

    have a good weekend,
    vicky xxx

  • Hi
Yesterday I did it .. I walked to work and then back, a total of 12000 steps. A new bridge has been built which means I can now walk to work and I have been meaning to do so for the last two weeks. Now I have done it I intend to do so as often as possible and hope this will move some of the tyre from around my middle.
Food yesterday : cornflakes, sarnie with low fat cheese spread, 3 cherry toms, 2 apples, 1 orange, tom sarnie when I got home - was starving after the walk, dinner was tagliatelle with mushroom and broccoli.
Food today, bowl cheerios, lunch salad of some sort loads to use up, dinner maybe spag bol.

    Hi

I've just returned from my 2 week holiday, jumped on the scale and have put on 4lbs!!

I would love to join you in losing weight - my aim is to shed 1 stone 11 lbs by Christmas Eve. I'm off to a good start by putting together my meal planner for the week and ordering on-line (this will prevent any temptation when trudging around the supermarket and I'm also jet laged so can't face the though of hitting Mr T's!).

Once my delivery arrives in the morning, I will be batch cooking carrot and corriander soup and making sandwiches for the freezer. Hoping to lose 1 lb this week.

    Here goes......
  • Hello
    Welcome NoDebtDiva

Had a fairly good day until I went into town, stopped off at poundland and found hula hoops £1.00 for 10 a bargain at 10p each and ideal for DS. However by the end of the eve I had managed to eat 4 packets. Why oh why do I do it?
Out to Richmond Park this pm so intend to get a good walk in. Lost my pedo again, in the house somewhere. Hopefully will find it in time to record my day. Yesterday's trip to town I am guessing was about 6000 steps going on previous trips.
    Have a great day everyone.

WI this morning and am now 17st 9lb - 1lb down on last week which is a littlle less than I had hoped but way better than nothing:D

Was going to go out for dinner tonight but having defrosted the freezer this morning I have decided to do steak at home instead as I found 2 large slices hiding in there.

Probably would be half the calories of a meal out and no spend:j

Must get on - have also cleaned the cooker so have been having a really busy day.

hi, have not posted in a few days, work and home life busy, distracted by lurking on xmas threads (i know i know way too early but have bought few sale items... few pressies at half price)

exercise has been hit and miss, though did manage to get to weekly salsa class on Tuesday, no swim yesterday but did walk for 4 hours ish, slowly, around Tall ships event in Belfast, totally drained today as are oh, dd1, dd2 all been a bit grouchy

    today's food was
    breakfast - french toast, bacon
    lunch - banana
dinner - hm baked pasta, veg and salmon

no idea what weight is, will do weight in in the morning

have lost a bit of focus this week re excersise to will pay more attention to that
  • Great day today!

Have managed to make and freeze sandwiches for the week so I won't waste money popping out during lunch time.

Cooked a lovely chicken dinner and made buckets of carrot and corriander soup which we started today and will last us for the week.

It takes 3,550 to put on 1lb so I'm assuming that's what I'll have to save this week to lose my pound!!

Have a good week everyone :rotfl:
