    Morning all!
Haven't popped on for a while due to leaving do at work, OHs birthday meal, more rubbish excuses......!

Its now 2 weeks to the wedding dress fitting and I'm starting to panic!
A very strict regime (just temporarily) is required!

So with this in mind here's today's food...

B - cereal (milk to dog)
L - satsuma, banana, apple, grapes (maybe a yoghurt)
D - scrambled eggs on wholemeal toast
    S - yet more fruit (probably raspberries/strawberries)

E - Biiig walk with the dog to buy his food and then lugging the sack back home again (may be a bit ambitious!)

Repeat after me - I will fit in the frock, I will fit in the frock, I will ......

    Morning all!
Yesterday went exactly to plan - pretty fruitastic! Even did the walk to the pet shop followed by lugging it all home again.

    Today will be....

B - cereal (milk to dog)
L - apple, satsuma, banana, grapes, raspberries (yoghurt for an emergency if necessary)
D - breaded fish and peas (no chips, that's the intention anyway!)
Lots of diet pepsi to keep me going!

E - walkies with doggy again (as every day!)

I will fit in that bl**dy frock!

  • Oh Vicky, I do hope things settle down for you. I'm just HOT today and went out for lunch with a friend. We had delicious tapas, just 4 things which we shared (and a small glass of wine shhhh). Friends are cooking this evening so I have no idea what's for tea but it'll have to be eaten out in the garden as it's too nice to sit inside. Been away at the weekend so I've been mindful of my choices but haven't limited myself if I've fancied something. My WI isn't until the 2nd of Sept and I haven't been near the scales, fingers crossed. Hope everyone has a good day.
It's up to me now and nobody else.

    hi all
am new to forum so forgive me if i have breached ettiquette!
cant help noticing how many of your menus posted use cal counted or low fat items. also, most of you seem to have a light breakfast - light lunch and save the goodies for supper! have learned (and lost over 3 stone that this is !!!! backwards) have a great brekky , stodgy as u like lunch and a light supper before about 8pm, and watch the weight drop off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! as joan collins recommends - breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dine like a pauper - eat what u like early in the day!
  • Hello to all!

Well I'm back after a month in Berlin, indulging in German beer, currywurst, falafel, pizzas, chicken kebabs, chocolate, waffels and goodness knows what other junk!
I was expecting the damage to be pretty bad when I finally got home but since I walked EVERYWHERE that managed to keep the weight off so I only ended up putting on one kilo! But still that kilo needs to go. I'm hoping to loose around 5kg by Christmas but we'll see how that goes!

Hope everyone is doing well. :)
