Yet another stay the same week here too.

Must get sorted again cos my hols are in 7 weeks and I really need to shift as much as I can beforehand cos the food is going to be impossible to resist!!
  • Hello folks,

The 'stay the same' weeks are not a bad thing, at least it's not a + something week, so I say well done to you all!

I gingerly got on the scales this morning, ensuring it was BEFORE breakfast and it said ..... 13.13.06. So a smidge under 14 stone. So Tuesday is my weigh day.

I have nothing planned for today apart from my flylady routine, read some OU books for my last assignment, some batch cooking for the freezer and then I MUST do an exercise DVD or go for a walk.

Meals today I think will be...
B - 1 granary toast with butter & marmite, black coffee (already had)
L - Small portion pasta and h/m spicy tomato sauce, apple.
D - Goulash Soup and 1 bread roll, youghurt
Cups of teas and water too.

Enjoy your day everyone. I'm off to add my weight loss progress thingy to my signature too.

hope you all have a good day, will try and pop in more often if I can x

Don't think I'm even going to bother with a weigh in this week! :(

Hope you're all making more progress than I am!
