Hi guys  what did I miss?
Been busy with work and not doing so well so I haven't been on for a bitall back to normal now and my eating is back to its usual self
B: Granary bagel with light cream cheese
L: Mozarella, vine tomato and pesto ciabattaHM chicken pie with green beans caraway steamed cabbage and carrots
Yesterday was fine too:
B: Muesli and skimmed milk
L: Moroccon veg hariraJacket potato with veg chilli and salad
S: Small skinny latte
So I am on the straight and narrow and hoping I can keep to plan, the thing that is undoing me are the days out wand weekends away that we are having at the moment
I am off to do 7 miles mountainbiking today so hopefully that will help get things moving again0 -
Morning all, Had a few beers last night and then was dragged kicking and screaming to our local Thai for dinner. Ooh, it was luverly! A nice long walk before brekkie this morning and so far just half a melon will, I hope undo some of the damage. The thing is we had a cracking night and sometimes that's more important than weightwatching *looks to heaven for giant bolt of lightning!* Have a good day everyone. It's up to me now and nobody else.0

you're so right 4Moneysaver :T- we have to have a life and would be pretty miserable if we never got to let our hair down and enjoy ourselves.
Its just a matter of getting back on track the next day and not ruining the whole week.
am off shopping for food later so not a clue whats for dinner. Breakfast was 3 WW brown danish toast with marmalade.
Hope you all have a great day xDo what you love :happyhear0 -
And a little tip... if you're hungry in the evening...
don't start watching that "what to eat now" program with valentine whassisname  It really doesn't help!!!working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
I have had a much better day today, even managed to get to the gym this eveing. I think I may have had some sort of virus which has left me feeling really run down so not much excersise for the past week.
I have tried to be good but have been invited to a bbq tomorrow night and, as it is a once a year special 'do', I'm going to forget the diet and enjoy myself and start again on Sunday.
So I'll be back on Sunday with the result!!0 -
Hi Everyone
Sprained ankle is better and back has stopped playing up so I will be off for a gentle walk this afternoon.
Not sure when I last posted - it was definately this week - but food choices have been pretty hit and miss. I follow a good meal with a night time feast, must get to bed earlier so stay away from the fridge.
No bfast today, as slept in (another late night) have new potatoes boiling and will have them with salad and cottage cheese. Teens both out so only OH and self for lunch. Dinner will probably be spag bol with soya mince, will make good quantity so portion can be used for lasagne tomorrow.WL 11 st 5lb as at 050109. 160209 11st 2lb

Hello. Haven't posted in a while. The diet and exercise have gone to pot. Been very stressed. Have had problems at home. Weighed myself today and I was 13 stone 7 lbs - so not too bad.
Today I had:
Breakfast: 3 banana and bran muffins
Snack: More muffins (nobody else likes them so the human dustbin is finishing them off.
Lunch: macaroni cheese.
Snack: More muffins
Dinner: Navarin of lamb, mash potato, green beans and carrots.
Snack: Muffin, strawberries, apple and orange.
I've got mixture for another 12 muffins in the fridge. Can I freeze the mixture or should I make the muffins up and then freeze them?0 -
good morning.
well i'm back from a weeks holiday and have actually lost 3 lb. now i would love to say that this is because i've eaten reall really well and done loads of exercise but i would be lying
although we did have a good holiday (well the kids did) the weight loss has been because of the most un-os, stopping eating due to stress and upset (think its called the divorce diet in hollywood )
dont quite know how things will progress over the next days and weeks but for the first time in years i am trying to force myself to eat
hope you have all had a better week
vicky xx- prior planning prevents poor performance!
