Hya Folks
Sorry I haven't posted for a while, been spending too much time on the computer and not getting much done! So have tried a few days not going on at all! I have taken ages to get through all my new emails this morning...but they are now all tucked away in their respective folders (with a few being deleted). I wish the rest of my life could be as easy to sort out!
I had a WI yesterday and am pleased to report a 3 pound loss this week!!:j Only one pound of last week's 4 pound gain left to lose. I am really pleased, admittedly most of the gain was due to my TOTM, but a loss is a loss!
So today's food should be:
B: Porridge with some raisins
S: Apple
L: Salad sandwich (no marg, but may use fat-free dressing)
S: FruitHM meatballs and tomato sauce with spaghetti and veg
S: SF jelly with blackcurrants
Right, off to empty a cupboard, so my son can move it (to a less in-the-way-place in the conservatory). Yes we are still in the midst of doing up the kitchen. We have had to stop putting new cupboards in one corner as the gas mas is coming to power-clean our central-heating system and he may need access to the pipes in that corner. he is due to be here all day, lets hope we don't get any leaking pipes/radiators!!
I'll pop on tomorrow or Friday to let you know how things are going.
Be good every one, and if you can't, make sure you enjoy yourselves!

Hi everyone, I'm really enjoying my walking so far and I can feel the difference in my joints already. Yesterday I was in another office for work and was okay as there are no temptations as far as biscuits etc are concerned. Lunch was a grilled chicken sarnie and I even refused a big handful of chips from my friend's plate. Dinner was cooked by my lovely OH - spag bol in the slow cooker- and it was yummy. Breakfast was stewed rhubarb and porridge made with water lunch has been a cold cooked trout (had one left over from the weekend) and I'm not entirely certain about dinner just yet. Went blackberry picking yesterday evening and have stewed them in a little honey so I know what's for pudding at least. Hope everyone has a great day. It's up to me now and nobody else.0

And a 2 mile walk at lunch. So not doing too badly for day 4.working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
Did I say something? Or should be using stronger deodorant! Anyhoo, I had an interesting evening meal yesterday: lightly fried home grown courgette, three veggie saus and half a tin of butter beans mixed into a small grated apple. Today has been rhubarb and oats for brekka, soup and a roll for lunch and it's curry that I should have had last night for tea. Have a good evening all. It's up to me now and nobody else.0

Decided to do measurements tomorrow night, since my scales seem to vary by 4lbs just by getting back on them - not even moving them.working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -

Hi all,
Made a batch of coleslaw last night with low fat mayo so looking forward to that today. Was trying to keep busy coz I wanted biscuits - managed to just eat a bit of cabbage and stayed away from the tin.
Plan today:
b: farls, and two fried eggs - well it's my FRYday treat
l: jacket, half tin of beans and some HM coleslaw
d: turkey curry and quinoa (not tried the Q stuff before but since OH is off rice, seemed like a plan)
snacks - some grapes left in the fridge, and need to go to sainsbugs so maybe some more fruit.
Been so good this week I'd better lose some weight or else!!!
Tummy feels less bloated though so that's a good sign.working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0
