Bah - did a nice long post and the site had logged me out and by the time I got back in again, my lovely post had disappeared!!
Anyway, good morning to all! I am delighted to report a 1 pound loss this week! So I am still moving in the right direction, albeit very slowly
Went for a long walk yesterday which was lovely. Ate and drank too much over the weekend, but am feeling postive and happy today. I made my utterly favourite meal on Saturday evening with my friend.... sea bass stuffed with herbs, with garlic potatoes and salsa verdi - ooooh it is so LUSH!!:j
Today's eats are:
Breaky - Malties with soya milk and a coffee
Lunch: HM lentil soup, 4 oatcakes with a low fat cheese slice. Half a melon.
Dinner: HM prawn & veggie curry with rice and HM gram flour flatbreads
Snacks: Banana. Handful of pumpkin/sunflower seeds.
Have a super day everyone.
Hugs,
Caz

Fell off the wagon for 10 days and will have put some weight on, but am not weighing myself just yet. I have been good for 4 days now. Have next goal of losing 10 Kg - so onwards and downwards!0

Thanks Taplady, unfortunatly it was another weigh in disaster for me again. 3 lbs on this week and my legs are very stiff and retaining fluids. Guess I will have to go back to the Dr. and get my medications sorted out yet againWhen life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0
-
Marion - commiserations but at least you know its probably fluid retention and not what you've eaten.
Grateful - good luck with your 'green' day
Cazzasmazza - nice sounding menu today:T(with the exception of the prawns for me:D)Do what you love :happyhear0 -
Hi everyone, Had a very energetic weekend of walking for around 7 hours all told, playing on the Wii Fit (although I turfed everyone out of the room while I did my Wii Fit age assessment - it came to 50 which is only 3 years older than I actually am). I ate sensibly but last night I had a dodgy tum which has kept churning all this morning still. This morning I had x2 wm toast with crunchy peanut butter, lunch will be home grown jacket spud and baked beans and dinner will be a grilled trout and veg. Hope everyone has a good day. (OH is looking for work but luckily is owed wages from his old employer still so we'll be okay for a wee while yet). It's up to me now and nobody else.0

Well I put on another pound this week. No excuses I'm not trying hard enough. Off work for a couple of days so will try and up the exercise. Seeing a friend shortly her OH has last stages cancer so that takes priority. Also makes me think what's the point of being a fit corpse. Will def be having salad for dinner as there is so much in the fridge I can hardly shut the door. Had lasagne yesterday which wouldn't have been so bad had I not eaten twice as much as I needed and after 9pm. Sat up till 2 in the morn eating grapes, bananas then finally walnuts, healthy maybe but not late at night and not in such quantity. Still feel full, but had tom, mozzerella and basil in french bread for lunch.WL 11 st 5lb as at 050109. 160209 11st 2lb

Hi all
I have not lost anything this week-boo! It's my own fault, too many lunches and dinners out with friends and I've another todayI need to get serious this week, and try to keep to my gym dates. :A
Good luck all!0 -
Weekend was ok, not great but not a disaster either. Managed to burn 880 cals at the gym yesterday (according to the gym equipment, which is probably wrong, but even if i burned half that I'd still be happy!) which included a 5mile run. Needless to say I'm feeling v.tired and lethargic today. Not sure I'll manage my usual 5K run after work, but I'll see how I feel at 5.30pm. Today's eating plan...
B: Scrambled egg on 1 slice of wholemeal toast
L: Tuna mayo (light) with spring onion in wholemeal pitta, small tub of homemade yoghurt with blueberries mixed inPenne pasta with balsamic roasted veg
Snacks: 2 x plums, cup of coffee, maybe a diet coke as an afternoon 'pick me up'
Exercise: Not sure yet, maybe 5K run if I can pluck up the energy, otherwise probably nothing0 -
Hi all, just been for a 3 mile walk in the sunshine.
Even bought a bottle of water instead of a smoothie or a coke
Then realised my pedometer is set wrong so it doesn't show nearly the right number of steps!! :rolleyes:working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0
