    Debt-free and Proud!
    Hi all,

Well, this week has been pretty good, and I've managed to come off the 15 stone plateau ,and am now 14 stone 12lb! However, tomorrow is my gall bladder op & I'm worried that without the need to stick to the low fat diet it will all go out the window! Went shopping yesterday & I must admit to having stocked up on all the foods I've really been missing - my plan is to let myself eat whatever I want for the week I'm recovering, and then get back onto the wagon in a week's time.

Congrats to the losers & commiserations to the gainers - we'll get there!

    Storm x

Although I went out twice for dinner on the weekend (I swear it gets less enjoyable if you do it a lot) I don't think I've done too awfully.

Today had breakfast of cereal and a muller light (ubd 01 aug but it was fiiine) not sure about lunch or dinner, just gotta get back on the wagon!

    Have a good day all!
