well bit peed off as put a pound on since sunday???? but over all lost .75lb pah

doing weights every other night, swimming again this weekend staring salcacerise class on tuesday. DD1 goes to ju-jitsu on monday evenings at local leisure centre so am going to see how much gym is and i can do an hour there while she is in class

food wise, not brill, depdending on what OH cooks for dinner, thursday was

breakfast - i cant remember!!! poss muesili or nothing at all
lunch - wheaten bread and ham
dinner - haddock (batter coated/ oven cooked), sweetcorn/peas and boiled potatoes (OH normally reaches for oven chips at any opportunity so pleasantly surprised to have boiled potatoes, though fish was v fatty)

have told OH we are not buying any more battered fish or pizzas as I NEED to LOSE WEIGHT!!!!!!!!! bit peed off to say the least that i lost some weight last week then put it back on

can someone rewire my brain to wean me off sugar/ switch me from thinking stress=carbs/ that i deserve 'nice' food???? I get v disheartened at setbacks and negative thoughts creeps back in, sure you look ok, why go to all that effort, just stay the way you are

so next week sees 2 new opportunities for exercise and me in more control of food - I will succeed. I will be healthy. I will be slimmer. I am fabulous now and I will be more fabulous when I get control of my body

Well done Frogga....I will be weighing to-morrow and think that I will be lucky to stay at 14st 8lbs....haven't been very good, especially since OH started eating sweet stuff again, means I bake too much and the **oody stuff is here to tempt me all the time.

Well done vixtress:T:T - you did really well. Have a wonderful holiday.

My WI is tomorrow so I hope I've done as well.

I'm going to spend a little time today looking as what I have in the freezer so that I can try to plan some meals that are not jacket and tuna, cos that is what I seem to fall back on.

    See you all later.

Have fun at your wedding taplady:)

Not too bad a start this morning.

Had cereal and a slice of brown toast with nutella on it.

Was planning to go cycling into town with my sister but it's not looking too promising, what with it being rainy and all.

Hope everyone has an awesome day!:)

    Just had a lovely lunch - bacon(grilled), egg(poached) and beans(branston)

Oh cooked - why does food taste so much better when someone else cooks!!

At least OH is finally coming round to the idea that I am serious about losing weight - he never has any problem with weight really so he keeps offering me crisps and pud!!

Knew it...have put on a whole pound so now weigh 14 st 9 lbs, which doesn't sit well on 5ft 3 ins, if I would only do what I advise others to do I would be fine!

Today's eating has been disastrous!....2 weetabix with banana for breakfast....fine, ham, cabbage, swede and potatoes for dinner....ok, but SIX pieces of coffee sponge tray bake since is not the way to go!!

Congratulations to losers and sympathy to other gainers
