    Morning Porky Pals,

Just a quick update from me as it's Weigh Day  Well, last month I was 15st 2lb and this month I'm .... 15st 2lb :D

I would ordinarily be very pee'd off with that but I am actually very chuffed :D It's been a busy month with leaving pary's at work, my Mum's 60th, Tadpole 2's 12th birthday and the last week of term when we had loads of parties et.c To have managed to STS and not go mad and stuff is amazing for me and just proves to me that I can have a really enjoyable month and not actually stuff and put 2 st on!

SO, it's full steam ahead for August and I'm gonna seriously try to get into the 14's. But not until today is over as I have some pals coming round for lunch today and I'm gonna really enjoy myself ;)

Good to read that you are all well, it may be boring and nothing new, but we just have to keep going and we'll get there  See Gran, I can do sensible :D

I won't be on line over the weekend due to my trip up North, so I hope everyone has a super weekend! :T

Hi all, was good yesterday.... apart from a coffee cupcake (or two :o) still that's better than I have been. Plus did a bit of a walk at lunch - only 2 miles though.

frogga - Well done on being sensible :D Glad you're happy with your weigh in.

    Tappy enjoy the wedding tomorrow.

    Plan for today....

b: potato farls and just one egg (but it was fried :o)
l: olive roll with ham, pastrami, edam, spinach and low fat mayo (it was so good yesterday).

d: fish and chips - but from the freezer so lower fat than the other option.

    Snacks - some cherries.

OH is starting his healthy eating monday so will try and be good on the food front -else he'll tell me off!

  • Well, the weekend is almost here :j I'm feeling really tired and lethargic at work today so looking forward to doing lots of relaxing over the next few days. Diet-wise it *could* go a bit pear-shaped on Saturday night as a good friend is coming over for a gossip/baking session so will have to try to be as good as possible the rest of the time to make up for it. Todays plan...

B: Porridge (made with water) and handful of raisins
L: Left over risotto, grapes and blueberries for after
D: Baked potato with tuna and other salady things lurking in the fridge

Snacks: A small HM cupcake, cup of tea/coffee (no sugar) and a diet coke (after-work friday drinks ), fruit if I get an afternoon/evening snack attack

Exercise: Walk for 30mins on lunchbreak. No 5K run today, it's Friday for goodness sake!!!

Whenever I re-read my daily menus I'm always a little shocked at just how much food I eat! It's actually loads!

Good morning all, went for the second of my half hour walks this morning and then discovered that when I'd arrived into work that I'd left my purse at home! So breakfast has been 75g of Blueberries left over from yesterday and lunch will be a cuppa soup I have on my desk! Dinner will be huge! Hope everyone has a great day.
It's up to me now and nobody else.

I feel the same about mine so you're not alone!:D it always looks a lot written down but dont forget you have to eat to lose weight;) - stops your body going into starvation mode and hanging on to your calories.
