Well I've been good for one day (yesterday) and that's the longest in ages - so you're doing better than me :rotfl:
Anyway - the scales can't seem to decide between two figures 4lbs apart
Plan for today:
b: farls with two poached eggs
l: two wraps with low fat mayo, ham, pastrami, edam and spinach
d: sausage and butterbean casserole (in the slow cooker)
Snacks - cherries and I also have some elderflower cordial to make drinking water a bit more interestingworking on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
Morning all! Hope you are feeling sprightly....... :j
Feeling good - didn't have a bad food day yesterday on the whole. Did eat 1 slice of my favourite HM orange, cranberry and banana loaf, made by my talented OH (it's got fruit in, it can't be THAT bad can it??) Apart from that, I stayed on the straight and narrow
Today's yumminess is:
Breaky: 1 slice of toast (HM brown bread) with marmite and a coffee
Lunch: Cous cous salad (I've included mange touts, cucumber, coriander, green and yellow peppers and some ham)
Dinner: HM beef stew (defrosting at moment) with potatoes and extra veg
Snack: I think I will finish off our HM lentil soup
I've managed to rick my neck/muscles down right side of back - not doing anything particularly strenuous, but it's very stiff and it hurts  so I doubt I will be able to go to Curves, as I don't want to make it worse (I'm sure sitting here in front of this pooter isn't helping though!!)
Have a great day all. Hugs,
Caz

Good morning
yesterday was OK untill 9pm when I had a small bowl of ice cream - which would have been fine had I not followed it with a very large bowl of ice cream!
Not sure what I'm doing today, DD wants to to out but isn't even up yet. I'm looking in the NT handbook for somewhere to visit so might take sarnies or a salad. Will get some cereal in a min, dinner tonight will involve broad beans, peppers and brown rice.
Welcome RainyWednesday, Newlywed I often find my pedo hasn't been working after I've walked for a hour or more, it's so frustrating.OH says to wear it nearer the hips, some of my trousers have decorations on the waistband so the pedo gets nearer my middle and stops working.WL 11 st 5lb as at 050109. 160209 11st 2lb
