Hi all,
Still here but have been a little sketchy due to visiting family for a few days. Not eaten particularly badly but just odd bits that have slipped under the radar!
I already know today will be bad as we are planning on staying up until 3am to watch the UFC fights live so there will be snacks and picky food involved which usually includes cheese!
Tomorrow is a new day and I intend to go and do 7 miles mountainbiking so that will burn off some of the rubbish
Glad everyone is sticking with it, you are all much more saintly than me0 -
Hello everyone - I feel able to post today because I have had a few good days so maybe I'm getting back on track:o
Congratulations on the wedding anniversary Marie! Well done to vixtress and other losers! Keep up the good work Marion and have a great holiday Rachel! :hello:to everyone else!
for the last few days I have been concentrating on having 3 meals a day, because I am terrible for getting up and thinking that skipping breakfast will save me some calories and then being ravenous at lunch time and eating more than a normal lunch and a breakfast combined! It's amazing how you feel better in just a few days when you don't eat any crap - I seem to have more energy - I don't know why I always seem to feel better and yet still go back to my old ways
Menu for today is:
Breakfast - 2 slices of dry wholemeal bread with grilled healthy living bacon, cup tea
Lunch - hm prawn noodle peanut salad (prawns, rice noodles, lime juice, peanuts, ginger, chilli, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sugar snap peas, broad beans, spring onions). Tangerine
Dinner - haven't decided yet - I am trying to eat up the contents of the freezer before re-filling it but all I have left is a load of veggie meals that I got for DD2 when she was vegetarian (she only lasted a few weeks and now won't touch the meals!) May have to go to the shops.
I am going to London at the end of August for a few days and I really want to stick to this until I go because I know that I won't be able to walk round as much as I want to if I don't shift even a bit of weight.
I weighed in yesterday but am too embarassed to say what it was, but I will weigh again next Friday.
Have a great weekend everyone!Jane

Congratulations Meanmarie and well done to all the losers and well done Marion for getting on track. Have a nice holiday Rachel.
Well I'm disappointed with this week's weigh in - I remained the same. I think it was due to inconsistent exercise, an increase in portion sizes - not listening to my stomach, and fearing wasting food. Oh well, tomorrow is the start of another week. Onwards and downwards I say.
Today I had:
B. Muesli and semi-skimmed milk
L. Cheese sandwich and an apple
S. Jam tart
D. Roast pork with crackling, cous cous, reduced fat coleslaw and tomatoes.
S. 2 apples.
Exercise: Walked 1.5 miles0 -
wow, no posts for a whole day, thats unusual.
had a lovely day out and a lousy diet day but hey ho, tomorrow's monday, i wont go in to detail but it involved a theme park and fresh donuts:o:o (omg they were good though)
have lunch of stirfry veg noodles ready to take to work in the morning so no excuses here
hope youve all had a fab weekend

Weekends are quiet on here! I have had a fairly good day again today and am not very nervous about getting weighed tomorrow morning, normally I am bricking it!
Today I had:
B - scanbran with yogurt and fruit
L - hot chicken salad
s - one Tesco white chocolate and raspberry cookie
D - chicken and salsa wrap - used a weight watchers wrap - not particularly nice, about half the syns of a normal wrap but then only half the size!
See you tomorrow
Love
