Welcome ellas9602 and Storm.
I am having another blip I'm afraid, it's my middle of the month, horemones raging, need food, any food but especially sweet food, time. I am also storing water as if my body thinks a full on draught is in progress, hence feel very fat, hungry and tired!
Only 8 days till my holiday and feel like I have lost my way. Sweet treats have snuck back in and my exercise has been none existant!
Today
B Porridge
S one ww ginger biscuit
L half a pot of cottage cheese, yoghurt, 2 slices of toast and butter:o
D HM Spag Bolognese pasta and lots of vegetables
S 6 sweets which is less than yesterday but still a slippery slope for me!
Oh no it looks even worse written down I hope I get my self control back tomorrow! Hope your all doing better than me!

A while ago I heard that 1 lb of muscle burns 50 calories whilst resting ( I actually shared this info on here ) well I recently did my body composition and calculated that my BMR based on muscle alone was 2000 calories which after adding on calories burnt by fat and organs and the occasional movement! would be a lot more than that, which unfortunatley just isn't the case with me.
So I did some more research and apparently this isn't the case at all it is more like 6 calories - so sorry for passing on spurious info.! I seriously wish it was the case, my weight loss is really slow and I am fed up. Still there is one certainty if I carry on eating how I wasI will never get to a BMI of 25, so plod on!0 -

S. Apples and grapes.
Exercise: Walked 1 mile, 38 minutes on the exercise bike, a few weights and the plank.0 -

And then I went line dancing (or more of the watching in my case because after about 4 dances I have reached the limit my knees will take!) but it got me out of the house and away from the snacks:T:T.
