Morning all!
Weighed on Sunday and have lost 1.5 lbs!!:j
I did try cutting back last week and being sensible again instead of eating anything that moved and it seems to have paid off. I'll carry on this week and see how it goes. We're off to Cornwall on Saturday for a week and I'm not sure how to handle that yet - should I just throw caution to the wind and have what I fancy (I am on hols!) or should I try to continue to be good and feel deprived? Hmmmm.....
Anyway, today's food is...
B - cereal (milk to dog)
L - supernoodles low fat pot and banana
D - 2 quorn sausages, beans, egg and chips (low fat oven chips)
S - low cal biscuit
Good luck to everyone else.0 -
Reporting back as promised folks - gained 2 1b:o
I have now put my determined hat on and will make a real effort this week. At least the weather has improved for me (I don't do heat!). I also need to get back to my walking - again something the heat stopped me from doing!
Have a good day everyone, I will try and remember to post my food here tonight.
Love

Morning all - yesterday did go to plan apart from a bag of crisps that snuck in instead of a banana - think I was just about still within the syn limit though.
I did feel much better too - went for a very vigourous walk after work and actually enjoyed it instead of trudging around like I have been for the past few weeks.
Hope the rain doesn't scupper today's plans though!
Today's food will be.....
B - cereal (Milk to dog)
L - beans on toast, grapes
D - not sure yet but may just have some pasta and pesto or a quorn fillet and wedges (trying to use up freezer stuff before holidays)
S - small low cal choc biscuit
E - dog walking (probably in the rain!)
Have a good day0 -
sorry about sill work post, can do paragraphs for some reason
not a bad day yesterday, no major slip ups. have decided that i really need to make an effort with some excercise so i bought a personal trainer game for the wii yesterday (not very OS but i'm stuck at home with the kids in an evening so cant get to a gym or class) started a 30 day challenge last night an really enjoyed it
am challenging myself to do 20 mins every evening until we go on hols on 1st august. not sure about food today, didnt bring any lunch so maight get a salad or some sushi! not even sure about dinner, think it will be just me so who knows, might make a veggie/lentil curry. have a good day
