Morning all
I seem to be in holiday mode already ( going to Cornwall tomorrow).
Yesterday I managed to substitute my tea with an eccles cake and then one and a half Twinks hobnobs I'd made to take to the cottage.
Oh well - at least I did some exercise!
Todays food will be a mini disaster - there's nothing left in the house to grab for lunch at work and no cereal either (due to using stuff up before holidays).
So...
B - twinks hobnob (I know!)
L - maybe a subway sandwich or jacket spud and beans from the takeaway van near work
D - something on toast
E - lots of dog walking, cleaning and packing for hols!
Have a good day! I'll check in from time to time next week. Bye!!!0 -

Hi all,
I stuck to me plan yesterday, except I was so hungry about 10pm that I ended up having a couple of slices of malt loaf.
Anyway, today:
Breakfast - 2 slices toast with low fat spread
Lunch - Tuna & pasta salad, alpen bar, fruit salad
Dinner - salmon, new potatoes, mange tout & whatever veg is in the freezer
I may also have a cider shandy after work tonight.
Plus, I have a lovely job for the weekend of going through my wardrobe to figure out what now fits, as my jeans are falling down today :jTotal Debt 13th Sept 2006 (exc student loan): £6240.06

Marion - glad you seem to be back on track:j
I've not had the best of weeks so far, too many 'extras' although my meals have been ok. I've been feeling very tired and craving sweet things.
Not going to SW didn't help either as I always struggle when I miss the meeting. I need to pull it back now beofre Wednesdays weigh in.
B - 3 x WW bread toasted with marmalade(5am:eek:)
S - go ahead bar, mini low fat crisps
L - beans and egg on toast
S - yoghurt
d - jacket spud with salad and cottage cheese
plus 1 digestive biscuit.

have done ok for a few days but for some reason i am having a bit of a 'fat day' need to be careful tonight as the 'fat day's' are a real danger time for pigging out.
today has been
b 2 x wm toast
l, wrap, tuna and lettuce
s, 3 x rich tea biscuits and a dairylea dunker
d, hm thai veg curry and rice, 3 small squares mint green and blacks
gin & slimline tonic
have forced myself to do 20 mins per night on the wii, tonight is my first rest night
will WI tomorrow morning but i'm not too hopeful

Thanks everyone, I do feel like I am back on track now. I have had another good day. I have had:
B - A bit of leftover fish and rice from last night (I could be posh and pretend its kedegree but it wasn't!) and then I had some scan brans with yogurt and berries.
L - Stirfry veg with a small lean lamb chop - I bought one of those oil pump thingies from pampered chef. The kind that you put your own oil in then pump it a few times then spray your pan with a thin misting of oil. It is just so much nicer than frylight and I find it "frys" better.:j
D - Which is cooking as we speak - pork medallions in a red pepper and tomato sauce along with rice - I put this in the Remoska using the divider pan - hopefully they will take about the same length of time to cook:rotfl:
Hopefully I will be stuffed after eating that lot and will not be snacking this evening.
Love

Hello everybody,
Today's menu:
B....200g red grapes;
L....Satay chicken salad starter, mixed veg, prawn and noodle stir-fry, espresso with sugar, large glass red wine...out for lunch as we have been 39 years married to-day;
D...So far a banana, beginning to feel a little hungry, may make myself a salad sandwich in a bit, otherwise might go for something worse!

Congratulations Marie and DH! :j
Sorry never got chance to post yesterday but it was another poor day for me! I had a house full of toddlers and friends yesterday round for lunch so grazed much more than I should have! Including a chocolate crispy bun and 2 sandwiches for my lunch:o
Only 6 days to my holiday now and I have over 2lb to lose to reach my target, not looking good! I just feel so hungry and have not managed to do any extra exercise, though hopefully that will improve this weekend when I have DH home to take DS off my hands for a bit.
Food wise the plan today is
B Boiled egg in a bread roll
L Fish finger in a bread roll ( I have some gorgeous soft M&S ones left from yesterday!)
D No idea hopefully something that doesn't involve bread!0 -
have just WI and its 1 lb off so i'm pretty pleased, would ideally like to get to 12st before i go on hols in 3 weeks but we'll see, thats 3 1/2 lbs away.
not sure of the food plan over the weekend, must try and be good though
whats everyone else up to? have fun xx- prior planning prevents poor performance!
