After my pledge yesterday I forgot to get on here last night and put my food on!

    Yesterday I had:

    B- nothing
    s - fruit and yogurt
    L - bacon and egg
    s - 3 chocolates
    D - spagetti and meatballs

Happy to report that I had no beer, no cheese and no hunks of white bread:rotfl::T

Well done to the losers and hugs to the gainers. Last 2.5 days I have been emotionally eating and sleeping but will try to pull my socks up tomorrow.
    Today I had:

    B. A porridge size bowl of muesli with semi-skimmed milk
    L. Cottage cheese sandwich - no butter
    S. Grapes and apples
    D. Sausage, noodles and vegetable stir-fry. Washed down with beer.
    S. Apples.

Exercise walked 4 miles in the rain. Having written this it's not as bad as I thought.

    Hello
    (mind if I join in?)
I've joined in before but gave up and I've been lurking for the past few days and feel inspired.
I realised that i excuse, forget or justify what I eat so I'm hoping that keeping a note here will help.
Well done to all the losers, some huge losses!:T
I'm about 2 stones overweight which shows on my 5 foot nothing frame.
    Yesterday
    B:nothing
L:2 white rolls with tuna mayo
S:1 fresh samosa (so delish and most people in the office had 2-3..there I go excusing it again!)
1 sample pot strawberry and cream frappacino (giving them away at starbucks! only tiny but high in sugar and fat)
1 toasted white bread roll with butter
D: Jacket pot with beans and cheese
    P: half a chocolate pud
S:crumpet with butter and some onion ring crisps and some cheese from the fridge.

There..phew. I think this may just work. It's shocking to see. Nothing fresh in there,no excersise.
I've come prepared today so hopefully will be better. Out at MILs tonight for her birthday, she's doing a 'spread'#gulp#:o
    Will try to be virtuous..:A
    Have a good day everyone!

    Morning all!
Yesterday was OK apart from teh handful of shortbread biscuits that I managed to scoff and feel really bad about afterwards. Was a bit down and fell back into the comfort eating thing - why do we do that?

Anyway, I only had egg on toast for tea to try to compensate but I'm sure the damage was already done.

    Today's food....

B - little bit of cereal (milk to dog) - box now finished
L - bagel, laughing cow triangles, grapes, satsuma
D - quorn crispy fillet and wedges to use up the freezer stuff
S - don't know yet but will try not to eat biscuits!

E - walked dog briskly fior 20 mins this morning, will do another 45 mins and 15 mins after work

Hope everyone has a good day.

Hi everyone, doing well so far today. Yesterday went well but ended badly with a nasty encounter with a box of chocolates!

Today so far I have had:

B - cereal with berries and milk
    L - beans on toast
    s - fruit and yogurt
D - not had yet but am planning a pasta bake with vegetables.

To help the evening munchies have made some scan bran cakes, can nibble on those while watching Torchwood!

Will update later or in the morning.

    Welcome to ellas9602!

    Love

    Debt-free and Proud!
Hi, I'd like to join in this thread please...

I'd been procratinating completely about tackling my weight, but got a jolt into it last month when I ended up in hospital with severe pain through gallstones. Whilst I await my op I have to stick to a very low fat diet (and still take painkillers) - the silver lining being that I've started losing weight, though I'm not sure how much as I refused to weigh myself before cos I knew I wouldn't like the number!

I lost 2.5 stones a few years back on Weightwatchers, but piled it all back on again, plus more - so I've currently got about 3 stone to lose to get me back into a healthy BMI. This time what I've found is that I've had to become more OS with food generally as it's impossible to find much pre-made stuff that's suitable.

    Anyway today:

Breakfast - 2 slices toast with marmalade
Lunch - sushi, alpen bar & pineapple
    Snack - cherries
Dinner - Morroccan chicken & cous cous & fruit salad
