Floyd you should either ring NHSdirect or see your doctor about your acid reflux. Better safe than sorry.
((((((Marion)))))) don't know what to say but hope you feel better soon.
Today started bad. I didn't get to bed until 2am and I had 3 breakfasts (Ryvitas, muesli and toast) then I was up again at 5am and had muesli again for breakfast.
Lunch: Macaroni cheese
Snack: small 70% dark chocolate bar.
Dinner. Pizza, potato salad and coleslaw.
Snack: Apple and Mullerlight Yoghurt
Exercise: Walked 1.5 miles. 50 minutes on the treadmill, 10 minutes on the eliptical trainer, 35 minutes on the exercise bike and I did some weights. I'm off to get some shut-eye. Goodnight.0 -

The plan for today is

Hi all,
I am starting to think that my reflux is stress related as it hasn't been happening when I eat at home  only at work. I wrote a diary to try and pinpoint foods that triggered but there was no pattern other than being in work! I suppose its a combination of eating quickly because I still have things running through lunchtime that I have to check or need to get started quickly in the morning so I rush breakfast and also that I keep getting interrupted by students. I might try eating my meals elsewhere so nobody can find me and bother me.
I have been fine today, no burning or coughing and I haven't taken anything so fingers crossed I have figured out whats wrong.
B: Nothing because we went straight out to cycle
L: Warm ciabatta roll with mozarella, pesto and vine tomato and a spoon of HM coleslawSausage casserole with beautiful young veg from FIL's plot, cauli, baby carrots, cabbage and peas.
Might have a bit of pud today as I have a some blackberries that need using up so perhaps some vanilla ice cream and fruit either raw, coulis or crumble heh heh
I have a done 7 miles hard mountain biking today so I feel I can have a pud if I fancy one
Have a fab weekend all0 -
