    Afternoon all
Yesterday went totally to plan apart from a small choccy biscuit (like a Penguin) in the evening. So not a bad start to the rebirth of this dieter!

    Today's food will be...

B - cereal (milk to dog)
L - tuna sandwich and small choccy biscuit
D - quorn fillet in reggae reggae sauce and salad bits to use them up

E - walking dog for 45 mins - too hot for him to do much more (even with water breaks) plus lots of cleaning (am skiving off work this afternoon and have decided that the house looks grubby - might be something to do with mum visiting on Friday though!)

Hope everyone has a better day today - take care

dont know about everyone else but i am absolutely shattered! think it must be the humidity thats doing funny things to me

food wise has been ok but again no exercise :o think its also not helped by being stressed at work so feel mentally exhausted.

    today has been:

piece of LO quiche with hm coleslaw
wrap with small amount of feta, hm coleslaw and a couple of oatcakes
    2 squares chocolate

am now considering going to bed but i must resist, i went early (about 10) last night and i woke at 12 and couldnt get back off

    have a great evening :D

  • Hello everyone - just popping in to say that I read the thread every day and am really impressed with how enthusiastic you all are and how well you are doing in comparison to me! I am just at a terrible place with my eating at the moment, and just can't seem to do more than one day at a time on the wagon. Loads of bother with DD1 and also ex-OH (can't remember if I posted about him having two heart attacks and being ill - he's only 49 and super fit and slim too which is scary). I do start each day with good intentions but for the last few weeks by mid-afternoon it has all gone haywire! Nice to see you all doing well though. I hope to be able to come back on next time and say that I am doing better (because I am the fattest I have EVER been ATM:eek:). If only it was like smokers or alcoholics who never have to touch the thing that they have a problem with again - we have to have it three times a day:rolleyes:) Oh well, tomorrow is another day as they say!

Hope you are all enjoying the nice weather. I would be if I didn't have to wear trousers and a cardigan all the time:o

Almost forgot to post my eating for the day!

B - scan brans with yogurt and berries - good girl!:j
L - rice, mushrooms, onions baked together with a springling of parmeson - pretty good!:T
D - smoked mackeral with bread and butter and about 6 chocolates plus a 2 tins of cold beer - not very good at all!:p

I don't normally drink beer - only when on the continent on holiday. But when it is hot like this it just seems like the logical thing to do;)!

I am now rinking a large bottle of low calorie tonic water, it fills me up and helps stop the leg cramps over night.

Morning Lardie Ladies and Chubby Chums,

As it's the 1st of the month I had to weigh this morning so I thought you might like to know that I'm now 15st 2lb so that's another 10lb gone in June. And wait for it... I am actually quite pleased with that :D That's nearly 4st since 1st Feb.

I nearly had a wobble last night as my Mum came round with lots of lovely smelling fresh crusty bread rolls. I know that one would have been fine, but I was SO longing for one I think it would have turned into all 6 :o I had only just had my dinner so I wasn't hungry. I just wanted to stuff. So I'm megga glad I didn't now as WD wouldn't have been so good would it?

Only got 2 more weeks of school before we break up for the summer then the 6 weeks holiday so I'm really hoping to be 13something in September when we all go back. Got to get July out of the way 1st though I know ;)

Hope you are all doing ok. To anyone who is struggling ~ you have my sympathy. It's a killer trying to do this for some of us. But if I can do it, anyone can! ;)

Have a nice month, see you on August 1st :D
