Yesterday I went to help set off my schools D of E expedition so DH, DS and I went hiking up Ilkley moor with a load of much younger and fitter D of E students, we did alot of climbing and I was very tired and stiff by the time we got to wave them bye bye and go to the pub for lunch 3 hours later! Poor DH carried DS most of the way in a backpack! rather him than me! but he got his own back today as we have been for a 7 mile bike ride to another pub for lunch and I had DS this time on his seat on my bike! That extra 2 and 1/2 stone really does make a difference!

    morning all!

another long day at work for me today. Tonight it's a meal out with work. The others are having a starter and main but I've decided to just have a main. Not much choice for meat free so I'm having spinach and mascarpone lasagne. There's cake with strawberries and cream for pud so it wont be a good day but its a friends birthday so I'm going to enjoy it!:D

    B - spaghetti on toast

    L - tuna salad

D - spinach and mascarpone lasagne, salad and a few chips:p:D

Good luck with the weigh in Marion!

    Morning all!

Right - that's it - I am officially back on the wagon.

I haven't put any weight on (though I'm not sure how!) but I haven't lost any either - mostly due to being good with meals but having far too many snacks/glasses of wine etc.

    NO MORE!!!

I have 2 weeks before our break in Cornwall and I have to try harder - the wedding is now just 3 months away too:eek::eek:

    Today's food will be...

B - Cereal (milk to dog)
L - grapes, kiwi, banana, satsumas, small piece of cheese, cereal bar
D - tilapia fish with salad (looking forward to this)

S - hopefully none but fruit if desperate
    E - dog walking for 1 hr

If anyone sees me straying from the diet please thump me!

Oh dear, I really shouldn't go through on my pill because it plays havok with my cravings........

B: 3 swedish choc chip pastry rolls (like Ikea cinnamon ones) 1/2 inch slice of choc sponge  1/2 plum crumble slice  fruit scone with butter and jam

Now I feel violently ill and don't want lunch :o why do I do it to myself?

Draw a line under it and start fresh, if only I could bottle this horrible nausea feeling I would never do it again.

    Have a good day all

    Thanks - gained a pound though:o. sigh..

I think I need to start posting my eating at the end of the day rather than the beginning. Because I have good intentions and plans but all those little extras just sort of creep in. Perhaps if I knew I had to report on here it might help to keep me on track!

    Love
