I added up the calories from all the fruit I had yesterday and it came to about 800. Today is no better and very little exercise. Next week I'm buying a lot less and getting more tinned to spread throughout the week.
Well done on your loss Taplady and well done Marion for avoiding temptation.
Today I had:
Breakfast: 2 slices of toast and butter.
Lunch: One cheese salad roll and one tuna and cucumber roll. Daughter turned her nose up at the tuna and cucumber roll even though she choose it.
Snack: Banana and a seed, nut and dried fruit bar (230 calories), a box of blueberries and a carrot.
Dinner: One skinless chicken breast, 3 new potatoes and broccoli and carrots.
Snack: A mango.
Weighed myself earlier on and its not looking good.0 -
