    Hello all,

    Today I had:

    Breakfast: Asleep in bed.
Lunch: Half a plate of yesterday's dinner with a sprinkling of cheese.
    Snack: Banana and apples.
Dinner: 1 chicken breast, 3 new potatoes, quarter of cauliflower and three whole medium-sized carrots.
    Snack: 2 apples

Exercise: 40 minutes on Wii Fit.

Mummyroo I wouldn't worry about the amount you've eaten. Most of it was low calorie and you exceeded your five a day.

    morning all!

    Good luck at SW Marion!

had another good day yesterday although the potato farls turned out to be 5 syns each:rolleyes: I had 2 so was very careful with my syns the rest of the day.
I have to say that when I follow the SW plan properly and cut out the carp I feel so much better and dont crave sugary foods, it just fills me up much better:j I dont know why I let myself slip off it really - I blame my DH sometimes as its hard watching him eat just what he wants - for example this weekend he has eaten doughnuts and lemon meringue plus Thornons choccies:mad: and I bet he hasn't put an ounce on!

    Food plans for today

B - 28g mini shredded wheats with banana and kiwi fruit

L - jacket spud with either beans or tuna

D - havent decided yet - need some inspiration.

    snacks - mullerlights, grapes

have a good day all -( back later to see how you did Marion)

    Put on 2.5 pounds:eek::o:mad:

I am going to try something different this week and come off EE and go back to good old green and red days. At least I use to lose when I was on them! I will go to green till Friday then red on Sat & Sun. Have to do something really, as I am a lot more active than I used to be but just not shifting the weight. Hopefully a change will do me good:j

    Love

Marion - commiserations(((hugs))) you're not alone though as I put the same amount on last weigh in too. I am trying to be ultra good this week and have changed several things as I think your body does get used to things and sometimes needs a change.
This week I have tried to have a few different breakfasts( having a different one every day does work - Floyd tried it and it worked for her too)My sister and I once did the B option challenge and tried to have as many different B choices as we could in a week and we both lost quite a bit for us!:jI think I got to 11 different Bs. I got my book out and re-read it for some inspiration.I am also trying to make sure I get my 5 a day.
I hope I've been of some help;)

Thanks taplady, I will have a reread of my books! Thanks for the advice, I know we get it in class but to be honest when they announce a gain my mind goes into panic mode and I don't really remember the advice that is given at the time!:o

Hugs Marion! Hopefully your in for a big loss next week to make up for this week.
I have had a pretty good day today, though still disappointed to have not dropped below my 30 BMI target yet, only 3 days until my hospital appointment so not looking good for making that target.

    B porridge ( what a surprise)
L cottage cheese, snack a jacks and bananna
D Panchetta mushroom and pepper fritata and veg

Still stiff from cycle ride yesterday and had a chaotic day at work again so doubt I will do any extra exercise today:(.

((((((Marion)))))). Was it a good weekend? Going off the rails; especially for a celebration is to be expected every now and again. As long as you had a good time that's all that matters.
    Today I had:

    Breakfast: Porridge and banana
    Snack: Banana and apples
Lunch: Final half of the meal 2 nights ago.
Snack: 1 round of ham sandwiches
Dinner: 1 Linda McCartney sausage, 3 new potatoes and a stir-fry of red onion, courgettes, carrot and red pepper.
Snack: Apple and a red pepper.

Exercise: Hoped to get out for a run this evening but things didn't turn out as I planned. Husband is dead against me running. So I walked a mile today. Not a very good day exercise wise.
