Morning everyone! Well done on the waist measurement Rachel! :T:T Went line dancing last night and twisted my knee so consoled myself with chocolate when I got home - but did manage to stop with one chunky kit kat!:p Knee is still a little sore this morning so will take it a little easy today.

    Today I am eating:

B - scan bran with yogurt and berries
    s - banana
L - going to Harvester with friends - any ideas for a green day? Or should I go EE?
    s - nada
D - rice with veg and quorn fillets

    Love
    Marion

Had a terrible shock at lunch time! We met our friends outside the restaurant and then went in. Once we were seated and handed our menus I saw with horror that the table right next to us contained my SW consultant plus 2 more consultants from other classes!:p I was so good during that meal I didn't even have the bread roll!:o
Ended up having the pasta with tomato sauce and a diet coke and no dessert. It came with garlic bread which I handed over to my husband with a flourish!:rotfl::rotfl:

Did me a favor really because I would have had the ribs with chips, would have had some wine and would have had dessert:o:o:beer:.

Somebody up there is looking after me!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I am still here but sulking after my gain 2 weeks ago, it is irrelavent that I lost 2 the week before last and 1 lb last week. Lol
Real men never follow instructions; after all they are just the manufacturer's opinion on how to put something together. :p

Well done taplady!:j and that is impressive willpower marion I hope the scales are also impressed by your dedication.
I have eaten well and been all old style today so feeling pleased with myself.
    B Porridge ( what a surprise!)
L Cottage cheese, rice cakes and apple
D My first ever HM chicken and veg soup ( made with left over chicken from roast yesterday and HM chicken stock and a tonne of fresh veg) with a chunk of HM olive bread. Very yummy, filling and all my own work!:A
Been very busy at work and girls brigade this evening so no extra exercise but did walk up to brigade which is better than nothing.
Going to the hospital tomorrow to see the consultant about my miscarraiges, I really hope she says something about me managing to lose some weight!! My BMI has finally dropped below 30 so according to that one ridiculous scale I am no longer obese!
It is very quiet on here but there are still enough of us sharing to keep the thread going I'm sure!
Hugs to all who need them and :j to all the losers!!

No willpower involved today Mummyroo - just plain old cowardness!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: :rotfl:Do you know I never even thought to look and see what she was eating! Missed an opportunity there I reckon:D

She was probably just surprised as I was and I am sure she really didn't take any notice of what I was eating - but I wasn't taking any chances! Can you imagine if I had indulged in all sorts and then had another gain on Monday:o Bit difficult to look her in the face and swear I had been good as gold:rotfl:
