just a quick one before work.
have decided to do the 'official' WI but i think it should be ok now. think i have done enough to get rid of the 4lb the scales was up (a lot of it would have been water)
today will be:
2 x toast
salad with the last of the tandoori fish
wrap with salad and some 'make it up as you go along, bung it all in' thai chicken
snacks will be fruit and an odd square of chocolate maybe.
:eek::eek: cant believe michael jackson is dead, there have been rumours about numerous illness for years but still!
have a good day x- prior planning prevents poor performance!

B - toast and marmalade(5am:eek:)
S - banana, frenchfries(crisps)piece of bread and butter
L - egg, SW chips and beans
D - egg and potato salad
snack - yoghurt and fruit salad

i am aiming to eat 9 or more portions of fruit and veg per day and a moderate amount of protein and carbohydrate.
today its been strawberries and fat free yoghurt with a little sugar for brekkie
half a pineapple for snack, HM veg soup, bowl of green salad and a slice of wholemeal bread for lunch ,also a glass innocent smoothie. an apple for snack mid afternoon.
2 cups coffee with milk. a poached egg on half slice toast for dinner and some stewed rhubarb set in a jelly with a little added sugar.

yesterday it was

s half a cantLOUPE MELON glasss smoothie
L sardinesin tomato on 1 slice of toast glass innicent smoothie [mango and passionfruit]
cup coffee with milk
D green salad eg celery,letuce,cucumber with fat free dresing then a mixed fruit salad [ apple half banana kiwi and grapes
