  • Well I've been off and on the wagon more times than I care to remember these past few weeks, but I need to gain control again once and for all. I was doing really well up until my holiday, but since returning I've been really slack. I remember before I went away I was at the gym for 2 hours 4 or 5 nights a week and there's no WAY I'd have let myself eat even a square of choccie. Now I find myself reluctantly going to the gym 3 times a week max and more or less eating whatever the hell I like  (including lots of chocolate!) Anyway, onwards and upwards. I have a new goal to aim for (graduation for my Masters degree in September) so hopefully that will get the motivation going again. Today's plan is...

B: Porridge + half an apple + handful raisins all mixed in (not really a summer breakfast but it fills me up all morning)
L: Spinach + sun-dried tomato salad with a few olives. Grapes.
D: Baked potato with tuna (no mayo, grr) and salad

Snacks: 1 slice HM fruit loaf (fat free) and handful of raspberries

Exercise: 30min walk at lunchtime and 5K run outside when I get home from work (it's FAR too nice to exercise in the gym on a day like today).

Right, well typing it all out here is the easy part... sticking to it is another matter!

    Hi guys,

Well I am back on the wagon but my meals are still weird!

B: 3 slices wholemeal toast (from 400g loaf) with marmalade

L: 2 corn on cob no butter (Tesco by work had !!!!!! all in today apart from BLT sandwiches so I had to resort to absolute basics!)

D: Something like falafel or chicken zorba in pitta with yoghurt dressing and lots of salad

Trying to avoid having anything sweet today as its just the start of a downward spiral for me ;)
