Wow Frogga thats amazing, well done! :T
So yesterday was OK, I had everything that was written on my plan and a Magnum ice cream but it was counted and within my daily allowance so thats fine
Today I have actually remembered to make some lunch as I will be busy and the rest of the crew are off to Gourmet Burger Kitchen for lunch so I have decided to sit this one out. Can't really see myself ordering salad while everyone else has fabulous burgers and fries
B: 3 wholemeal toast (from 400g loaf) with HM marmalade
L: Spicy cous cous
Not sure yet, whatever OH can bear to cook as our kitchen is south facing and like a furnace at present!
S: Banana, apple and lots of water
Have a great day all

Congratulations Frogga...you are doing really well...I haven't lost anything this month, probably because I have been eating too much and moving too little!
So far to-day I have eaten some muesli and 2 small slices bread with chocolate spread....off to have cup of tea now, no longer use milk or sugar so that's safe enough!
Not sure what's for dinner, something with a salad and new potatoes....may not have anything else myself, sure that the others will want more, will do a root in fridge and freezer later.
