    Morning all!

    Yesterday went exactly to plan and I didn't snack at all! Not like me!
    I'm hoping today will go the same way but I'm feeling a bit under the weather today - re-appearance of the cystitis - just makes you feel all yukky and minging if you know what I mean.

    Anyway, enough moaning (it won't make it better) and I'm quite happy to sit and scowl at everyone all day in work - am leaving soon anyway!

    Today's food will be....

    B - cereal (milk to dog)
    L - apple, banana, grapes, 2 satsumas, few strawberries, low fat raspberry yoghurt, small piece of cheese (trying to use up the fruit bowl!)
    D - probably a jacket spud with beans or a bit of the quorn mince mix left from yesterday
    S - low fat cereal bar

    E - walk dog for > 1hr

    That's the lot for today - hope everyone has a good day!

    good afternoon :D

    not a bad couple of days, have hopefully undone some of the weekend damage. the weekend was just as expected, ate and drank farrrrrrrr too much but it was really only a bit over 24hrs so repairable before WI i hope.

    in fact the weekend was good in that, for the first time in years i didnt feel like a huge whale at the side of my friend, i think the weight loss is finally helping me re-gain some pre baby confidence :D

    just read that back and i sound really shallow, i know my weight/appearance shouldnt effect my confidence but if i'm honest it really does :o

    today has been/will be:

    2 x wm toast
    sushi (forgot my lunch :mad:) small, low fat trifle

    pasta with red fat creme fraiche, cherry toms, asparagus and a sprinkle of cheese (this was my lunch)

    going to try and keep the snacks to a minimum, want to make the most of feeling motivated (it might not last)

    have a good day
    vicky x

    Morning all!
    Yesterday was ok - lots of fruit and veg - but did have a small rice krispie chewy bar thing - it was only tiny though (for my gob anyway!)

    Today's food will be....

    B - cereal (milk to dog)
    L - fruit (am busy today so will just grab what I can)
    D - cheese and potato pie and beans
    S - pack of low fat sunbite crisps

    E - dog walking for >1hr

    Just being good for a few days seems to have made a difference to the bloated feeling - my stomach seems a bit flatter and I just feel a bit better. Hope i can keep it up!

    D: HM chickpea and veg curry with rice and half a naan

    Tried to be more organised today. Last couple of days when we've had a late tea I've eaten chocolate biscuits, danish pastry thickly iced and half a family size box of mini chocolate doughnuts. So today I made sandwiches to stave off the hunger.
    Breakfast: Branflakes
    Snack: Half a crusty role
    Lunch: Cheese and ham crusty roll
    Snack: one round of ham and lettuce sandwich.
    Dinner: Quorn and vegetable sweet and sour stir fry.
    Snack: One passion fruit and one small tin of pineapple with a Muller light mandarin yoghurt.

    Exercise: Walked 3.5 miles+ brisked walked 4k and ran 1k.

    Menu to-day has been:

    B....muesli with sliced banana, dried cranberries and dates, tea;
    L.....2 slices of bread, no butter, one with hummous, one with lentil pate, tea;
    Sn.....small chocolate biscuit, tea;
    D.....Roast chicken, potatoes with butter, bok choi, 3 ginger biscuits with tea.

    Seems that if I eat a hearty breakfast I can last without too much bread....maybe

    morning all! I'm back after a few days away in Wales.
    Went to SW and got weighed last night :eek: not good, in the last 2 weeks I've put 2 and a half pounds on:mad: but I did expect it as I've fallen off the wagon big style. Today I'm starting again with a veangance.

    B - 2 weetabix and a banana

    L - jacket spud with baked beans

    D - HM quorn cottage pie and veggies

    snacks - fruit and yoghurt plus a light hot choccie at bedtime.

    I'm off now to catch up with what you've all been up to x

    Marion - can I have the recipe for your quorn vegetable rice bake please - sounds nice!

    has anyone got any suggestions of what to do with a tin of chickpea dahl? think its free on SW so bought some but dont know what to do with it!
    Do what you love :happyhear
