Morning all - yesterday was good apart from a kit kat that snuck into my mouth after tea! I did manage 2 fairly long walks though even though I wasn't feeling too good.
Today's food will be (back in work) -
B - cereal (milk to dog)
S - banana
L - low fat supernoodles pot and fruit
D - bbq sauce with quorn pices and rice
S - hopefully nothing - am giving in too easily!
E - 60 mins dog walking, maybe a swim?
Hope everyone else has a better day!0 -
Thanks for the reassurance Marion
My granny always used to say 'a little of what you like does you no harm' and I've learnt that she's right. Life is too short and all that.

Hi all,
Went out for dinner last night to an Italian but I tried to order sensibly instead of big creamy dishes but without feeling deprived so I had a goats cheese salad to start then spinach ravioli in a drizzle of sage oil. Very nice and alot better than having baked canneloni and pizza
Today is a bit more variable as it is someones birthday so there are treats lurking
B: Muesli and skimmed milk
L: Bagel with light cream cheeseSpaghetti matriciana and salad
S: Skinny cappuccino and a fruit scone0 -
Right that's it!
I'm flipping STARVING!!!! Must have worms......0 -
Hi all, welcome Miss Cupcake!
Anyone heard from Zippy Chick? been a while since I saw a post from her!
I have had an Ok day but still suffering from hunger pangs
B Porridge
L Avocado and cottage cheese salad
D HM Bolognese on a little pasta and jacket potato
S One gummy bear! yes only one! aren't I good:A
No extra exercise as not stopped at work all day and need a rest. OK ok excuses excuses.

Hi all
I ended up with beans on toast for tea last night as I just didn't fancy anything too big after eating a slab of carrot cake in work
I seem to be constantly hungry and constantly tired at the moment which isn't a good combo for keeping my weight in check
B: 2 wholemeal toast with HM marmalade
L: We are out for work lunch so I have no ideaWhatever OH makes
S: Maybe a skinny latte
Have a great day all0 -
OK today I need some words of encouragement, despite eating no more than I have been doing and being fairly active ( ok maybe not as much extra exercise as possible but not too bad) I have not lost an ounce in the last week!
I have felt very horemonal this week but am gutted that the scales can't even give me any encouragement. I have my appointment at the hospital 2 weeks today and I really really wanted to get my BMI down below 30 before then, but thats 3 1/2 lb away and at the rate I have lost this week it will take me ... forever... to lose that!! Didn't help that yesterday my work collegues were all congratulating one of the other girls on losing weight and looking slim and nobody commented that I was looking any better!
I know I am just being daft but still feel very demoralised this morning, trying hard to not hit the chocolate eggs as a pick me up!
Will try to stay on the wagon today and eat
B porridge
L low cal sandwich ( probably a boots one!)
D Prawns, pasta parcels and roasted veg
Oh and I will do some extra exercise!
Sorry for being a misery guts!!0 -

mummyroo, are you sure that you are eating enough? I know I would be starving if all I ate during the day is porridge and a low cal sandwich! If you cut back your food/calories too much your body thinks there is a famine and starts to hang on to everything you eat in preparation for the hard times coming! Could you add a few pieces of fruit into the day perhaps for starters?
Good luck with it!

Morning!
Marion - glad you enjoyed the line dancing, dancing is excellent exercise!:T
Mummyroo - I'm with marion - I would need to eat more during the day(but I'm greedy:D) so having a bit of fruit in between would be a good idea to keep your blood sugar stable and stop you wanting other snacks which aren't as good for you. I seem to eat all day long;)
had muesli for breakfast but not sure about the rest of the day yet, got 2 days off now:jDo what you love :happyhear0
