Hello again!
I've given myself a good talking to and am now more positive. I've cleaned right through the house, sorted the washing, had a cuddle with lovely OH and been for 2 walks (in and out of the rain!) and feel a bit more human!
Food for today will be...
B - cereal (milk to dog)
L - apple, banana, handful of grapes, 2 satsumas, small chunk of cheese
D - small piece of quiche, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, beetroot, potato salad, coleslaw
S - nothing yet and hopefully will continue!
E - 2 walks with the dog so far and vigourous house cleaning in a strop!
I'm going swimming in the morning to try to carry on the "habit" I got into in the US, followed no doubt with yet more dog walking.

B/L...BLT with 3 slices bread, tea;
Sn...tea, choc biscuit, ginger nut;
D....steak, onions and oven chips, 2 pieces fruit, slice chocolate swiss roll, tea;
Sn...plum, peach, apple.

Morning again!
It's quiet on here this weekend
Are we all out furiously exercising and being good or hiding under the stairs with a big bag of sweeties? (I know which one I'drather be doing!)
Yesterday was fine in the end - my only snacks/syns were 2 small glasses of wine in the pub last night. I am seeing the rewards of eating so much fruit and veg today though! I suppose its a good thing?:p
Oh, and I weighed again this morning as yesterday was so disappointing and its gone down again to 10st 5lbs - feel much less bloated today so perhaps the majority of the gain was water after all? Will stay off the scales until WI day on Tuesday now - promise!
Anyway, today's food will be...
B - cereal (milk to dog)
L - banana, satsumas, apple, grapes, small piece of cheese (enjoyed this yesterday so will have again)
D - veggie fajitas with peppers, onions and mushrooms with a tiny bit of cheese and low fat sour cream
E - walk dog for about an hour in total (30 mins done already) and swimming for 40 mins
S - we'll see but am going to see Terminator with OH this afternoon and will try to stick to just diet coke as a cinema treat

Hi all having a rubbish day today myself, feel hungry and so lacking in energy. Can't be bothered to do any exercise. I have a performance management observation tomorrow and all I can think about is that I don't want to prepare my lesson, it is easier to sit on my bum and surf the net!
B boiled egg on 1 slice toast
L Roast chicken, pasta salad ( lovely but mayo:() 2 small bits of french bread, green salad. 3 pringles!
D Maybe a ham salad sandwich
Oh dear listen to me whining I need a kick up the bum

((((((Mummyroo)))))). Good Luck for tomorrow. Well I think I'm on the way up again. Did my Race for Life yesterday. I brisked/power walked it in 36 minutes 40 seconds. So I was quite pleased.
I weighed myself on Thursday and I was 14 st. 1lb. Weighed myself yesterday and I was 14 st. 2lbs. So I need to loose a pound between now and Thursday.
Today I had:
B. Branflakes
L. Macaroni cheese
S. Strawberries, gooseberries and cream. 4 drop scones and a banana (not the way to go for loosing that pound).
D. Beef stew and mash.
Plan to do 1.5 hours on the stepper later on.0 -

not a bad day here, did an hours sailing, (not too strenuous but active at least) then 2 hours at the allotment.
funny day food wise.
breakfast was scrambled egg on 2 x toast. dont know why but this made me feel queasy all day. dont think it was cooked enough, i like it absolutely ruined but it was probably a bit too close to how it should be (i always think its sloppy unless you can bounce it off a wall :rotfl:)
lunch was strawberries and cream
we called at the asda cafe and the food looked vile so i had that 
dinner was my home made, low fat sausages :cool: it was my first attempt and i was very impressed. with yorkies, mash, spinach and cauli. 2 green and blacks mini eggs
not too bad i suppose, no real eating out or takeaways! did do a hm pizza yesterday though.

vixtress - I agree re the eggs, must be sure there are no soft bits.
Not much walking done I only managed 2500 a day on Thurs Fri and Sat, but yesterday was better and I did 10k.
Weight has sts ah well.

I had a good week food wise and pretty darn good walking as well - forgot to put my counter back on yesterday after my shower so don't know how many I did but it couldn't have been many since it poured all day and I didn't even go out!
I am getting weighed in about an hour and am very very nervous!
Today I am eating:
B - scan brans, muller and raspberries
s - banana and an orange
L - beans on wm toast
D - pasta bake with spicy sausage and mixed veg
s - large glass of wine!
I will post the results of my weigh in when I get back from class - fingers crossed everyone!
