I put on half a pound again this week. That's 2 weeks in a row, and this week it is bothering me ALOT! really thought I had lost and with the amount I am doing at the gym am very disappointed!Real men never follow instructions; after all they are just the manufacturer's opinion on how to put something together.

hugs to everyone whos struggling, dont give up bluetimone97, youll get there! could it be muscle you're gaining?
not a bad day her foodwise, did a couple of hours light gardening and the menu has looked like this:
-2 x wm toast
-wm pita with LO chicken fahita mix
-a punnet of delicious 49p cherries from aldi
-hm, baked haddock in bread crumbs (got loads of lovely, fresh 'wet' haddock from friends who own a chippy) with salad
-snack size muller fruit corner
not doing too bad, i am going to stay with a skinny, stylish friend next weekend so i dont want to feel like a scruffy whale
have a good evening

Congrats to all the losers. It looks like I'm being a once in a blue moon poster too. Actually I'm too embarrassed to report my failure. Decided on day one to do 15 mins on the trampoline, which was fine at the time, then spent the next 3 days in agony. Haven't lost an ounce - there must be loads of calories in Ibuprofen:rotfl:.
I think I need a more definite plan. I shall read back through the thread for more inspiration:D.I have plenty of willpower - it's won't power I need.

Morning everyone, having a quieter day today because yesterday I did 10,333 steps!:j:j:j:j:j:beer: That is so amazing for me because not too long ago I had to sit down while I was in the queue at SW waiting to be weighed because I couldn't stand up for more than 5 minutes without being in severe pain!:j:j

B - cereal with milk and fruit
L - red pepper soup and tofu & beansprout stir fry
s - scan bran with yogurt and berries
D - Roast loin of pork with mashed potato and brocolli and carrots
s - rice pudding made with muller light
Love you all
