Well done on the steps Marion! Can i ask about the rice pudding made with muller please?TIA XX

I like a warm/hot cereal in the morning and since I have switched to the EE plan on SW I only have 1 HEB to use during the day. If I have cereal in the morning thats it gone:mad:

So I came up with this - I vary it from day to day, for instance today I had blueberry and tomorrow probably rhubarb:j It tastes so nice I quite often make it for a pudding in the evening!

Cook 1/2 cup of pudding rice in 1 cup of water for about 20 minutes (I use my remoska). Remove from heat put into a bowl, add fruit and a complementing muller yogurt and mix together! ie rice with sliced banana and toffee yogurt, rice with frozen blueberrys and a blueberry yogurt, rice with mandarin segments (chopped) and mandarin yogurt. For best results eat straight away while it is nice and warm! Tastes really nice and is very very filling! Also free on SW so can be made any time you fancy it really!

Hi all congratulations Marion I hope your not too stiff today after all that walking.
I have had a poor day food wise as went out for lunch with my heavily pregnant SIL to celebrate her maternity leave and treated myself to a glass of wine and a delicious but calorie laden prawn and crab sandwich. Though I did manage to avoid a cake aswell. I have done 1hr 20 min on the wii fit to try and make up for it tonight, but fear today has been a right off loss wise.
    Have a nice weekend everyone

No, I am ok just a tight tendon on the bottom of my left foot. I think my muscles and tendons are in shock!:D:rotfl: I will just take it easy for a couple of days, today I only did 5300 and the foot feels better.

Glad you all are doing better than me!

Monring all - I'm back from my week long business trip to the US and can say that it was a total disaster food wise. I have weighed this morning and think I have put on 3.5 lbs. My period is due tomorrow and I definitely feel bloated and wobbly from water retention but I'm postive that its not 3.5 lbs worth!

The only good thing I can say is that the scales this morning almost made me cry so a good kick up the bum to get on with it again.
I did go swimming 3 times while I was away so heaven help the weight gain if I hadn't bothered doing that!

I've been to Mr Ts and stocked up on fruit and veg and healthy stuff (i'm actually craving it after eating a week of rubbish!) and will try really hard to stick to it.

We're off to Cornwall in 5 weeks for a week long break in a rented cottage and I've decided that I now have a mini target of losing 7 lbs by the time we go. I'm 10st 7 now so that would take me to a nice round 10st. I'm getting married in October and really don't want to be a flabby wobbling blob (like I feel today) so I must try harder (my mum has just informed me that the wedding is only 17 weeks away:eek:!).

Right enough moaning and hormonal waffling on - time to get up and do something about it.

Off to walk Scooby the Great Dane in the pouring rain - the things I do for doggies!

(PS Sorry about the whinging - I guess we all have bad days?_
