    Hi all

Not too impressed, just tried the dress on for the weekend wedding party and although it does up it doesn't look too great. Can 1 pound really make that much difference? I don't know, I think part of the problem is that my back is broader as I have developed muscles from mountain biking so I look a bit mannish :( Bit concerned I am going to look like Lily Savage!

B: Muesli (50g) and plain yoghurt

L: Hoummus and salad sandwich (wholemeal)

D: Wholemeal spaghetti matriciana and a big side salad

    S: Skinny latte

Still going to keep trying to shift something before the weekend but I don't want to resort to crash dieting as I will put it all back on plus more. Been there, done that!

    Well done all :)

I certainly would not expect 1lb to make that much difference, if it is any help to you though you can get a wrap (like a seaweed thing or clay or somthing) that tightens everything up and effects last about 3 - 7 days!
May be good enough to get you through the weekend.

Hi all and congrats to retired lady for yet another loss. I am very upbeat today as my weight dropped into the 12s today so feels like a huge sucess especially as DH weighs 12st 7 so I feel like I'm not too far off getting things back in order and weighing less than my husband!
Very active today been to a play farm with DS, very hot but did alot of walking and have done 1hr 10 of wii fit aerobic work tonight, spured on by the scales this morning! Still have a chance of hitting the 11's before my holiday.
    B Porridge
L Ham salad sandwich and a few strawberries
S Solero icecream ( it was hot!)
D Salmon, jacket pot and veggies
Around 1200 cals and feel full after mountain of veggies for my tea! Can you tell I'm quite pleased with myself today! Hope you are all equally upbeat!

Thanks for the advice all. Vixtress you are so right, I would probably look really odd if I had narrow shoulders because of my height (5' 9) and my Nanna always used to say that clothes hang properly on broad shoulders, thats why coathangers are the shape they are ;) bless her!

Trying to have different foods and also cut out the extra non-fruit sweet stuff as it worked for me last time I got stuck.

B: Muesli (50g) plain yoghurt and a banana

L: Wholemeal pitta with salad and a 30g of light philadelphia

D: HM Prawn laksa or singapore chow mein with a courgette and carrot salad

    S: Small skinny latte

    Have a good day all
