Hi all, been crazy busy today, managed 25 min on the wii and about 20 minute walk this evening. I even walked up and down on my break duty and deliberately went up and down the stairs to the staffroom more than normal in the hope that every little does infact help. Broke my pedometer :( at work when it fell off half way through bottom set year 10's lesson, caused much discussion of health and fitness, pretty good as are studying life care! Every cloud has a silver lining!
Food hasn't been a problem, no time to eat or feel hungry for that matter!
    B Porridge
L Turkey sandwich and a bananna
D Chicken breast in bacon with pasta parcels and roasted med veg in tomato sauce
Resisted eating any HM hobnobs this evening!:A
Calories wise about 1200 so great!

Well, I'm here :D Can't say bout RS though as we haven't spoken for weeks

We had a win at the Bingo and I haven't seen her for dust  I kept phoning and texting as I was worried (not interested in my half of the money or anything you understand) and to be honest I've given up. I guess the police warning and the court order telling me to stay away from her may have helped that, but I kind of got the feeling that she didn't want to be friends anymore? Call me paranoid, but a frog can sense these things you know ;)

Anyway enough about selfish rich scousers, who want's to hear all about me? All of you I'm sure :D Well, it was WD this morning and I can report a loss of another 8lb which now brings me down to 15st 12lb. I was convinced I'd be 9st this month but alas it's not to be. Maybe on the 30th June? It's nice to be 15 something as that's another stone gone.

Unbelieveably for me I do feel quite chuffed with that. I have lost loads before several times but this time it feels like I have changed my head a little bit. I usually loose it a stone a month but that's by starving and then bingeing. This time I am trying really hard to eat normally. I know it's slower coming off, but I do feel better.

We had a family BBQ yesterday with all of Mr Frog's brothers and sisters. It was my idea and I really enjoyed it. I know I must be getting better as I never want to do those sorts of things when I'm fat as I feel so self concious. I had a bean burger and salad and that was it. I had made gateaux and there were crisps and nuts around but I didn't even feel tempted. Feel very happy bout that as it was a big test.

It also helps that I can now get into my size 14's. I can't sit down, move or even breathe but I can do them up! Roll on next month :D I'm sure you'll think I'm fibbing about the size 14's as I'm still 15 st something but I don't know where my weight is? I expect alot of it is in my huge brain ;) Are there any of you who weigh as much as that but don't really look it? Alot of people would think 12 st is still very overweight, but at 12 stone I'm a slim size 12. Honest! I'm 5ft 5 1/2 in. Be interesting to know.

Right, hope you are all ok. Hopping off now to put some washing on and make the most of the last day of half term before the Tadpoles go back to school. Boo Hoo.

Have a nice rest of the day people, and if any of you see RS can you please tell her I'm sorry about the horses head and could she please call me? :D Thanks x

Thanks Frogga! Actually if I had won any money I expect I would have spent it on food because all I seem to have done for the last three weeks or so is eat rubbish food and then feel depressed afterwards!

Have decided tonight that enough is enough. On GMTV this morning Mr Motivator (could he be any more irritiating?) said that it takes 21 days in a row to make a new regime into a routine so I am going to try for the next 21 days to eat healthily and do a little bit more moving myself about! I reckon 21 days isn't that long and I will see how I get on with it. I weighed myself before but am not going to say because it was v.bad but it will be interesting to see if I can shift any in 21 days.

Well done to all the losers - I have just skim read the thread and you all seem to be doing so well! I feel ashamed coming back on here AGAIN and saying that I am starting again, again.

Marion - I have that Enchanted Brocolli Forest book and it is one of my favourite books - I love the illustration and the way it is set out. I have the Moosewood cookbook too!

Shellbell - congratulations on the weight loss and your pregnancy! How wonderful!

Vixtress and Floyd - I am over 5ft 9 and I know exactly what you mean about looking mannish - people always say that you can carry weight better if you are tall but I don't think that is true - I just look like the BFG!

Well - day 1 tomorrow! Hope you don't mind me joining in again. Off to have a proper read of the thread now before kids get in from seeing Girls Aloud!

Good Morning all - first the good news - I broke my record yesterday with my steps and did 8016:j:j:j:beer:! That is the most I have ever done so that figure will now be my benchmark for the next 7 days.

Food was good yesterday as well, if you spend a lot of time walking you don't have time to eat:rotfl:.

    Today I am having:

B - ham, pepper and onion omelette
    s - fruit
L - HM butternut squash soup and cheese on toast
s - scan bran with fruit and yogurt
D - fish and rice with vegetables

The sun is shining at the moment but it is not expected to last:mad: There was a new Bichon at the park last night - a lovely little boy about 10 months old, a real bundle of energy! Charlie was quite taken with him and spent most the time running around after him with a big smile on his face (Bichons are very good smilers!:rotfl:)

    Love

Well done on another 8 lbs off frogga! :j And good stepping Marion :D

Weekend at sis-in-laws was a nightmare. Literally nothing in the fridge, freezer or cupboards but junk food and alcohol. I just don't know how she can eat like that all the time - I felt like I was on the verge of a heart attack after 2 days of it! She has become quite enormous too - though made me laugh when she said she was a size 20. I'm a size 18/20 and at least 4 stone lighter so i think she is slightly in denial. Anyway, it became quite revolting watching her eat 3 platefuls of carp while frying her skin in baby oil in the midday sun and pickling her liver with vodka, so I feel all motivated to be a picture of health!

Yesterday was good, had an apple, loads of lentils, and a stir fry

    Today will have:

    Breakfast: banana (100)

    Lunch: soup or omnelette (300)

Dinner: stir fry and rice (400)
2015 wins: Jan: Leeds Castle tickets; Feb: Kindle Fire, Years supply Ricola March: £50 Sports Direct voucher April: DSLR camera June: £500 Bingo July: £50 co-op voucher

Well ok so the chocolate and icecream had all gone....

but coming home last night at 9pm OH wanted icecream.... so I bought two tubs of icecream and a pack of minstrels :o

Now there's only one tub of icecream left -but it was a tiny round pot one we ate... the one that's left is the carte d'or one

Not quite sure when I'm gonna start again, again again again. Seem to have lost motivation but on the other hand I don't wanna get fat :o

It's time again for my once in a blue moon post!

Althought this time I'm not complaining about how terrible I'm doing as I don't feel like I've done too bad recently.
I haven't lost anything unfortunately as I've somehow gotten myself into a lovely relationship a couple of months ago so we've been spending quite a few cozy nights in watching movies and eating junk! Although I've been doing quite a bit of exercise (walking the 4 miles home from work most days, more running and karate training) so I think that's helped maintain my weight.

I've not been doing so much exercise these last couple of weeks but i've told him I want to cut down on the junk and he's agreeing with me as he's been getting a little tubby as a result of our shared love of junk so cutting down should do us both good!

The great weather means that I've been enjoying some nice salads recently and I feel that my diet has become more healthy (plenty fruit & veg!) this last while so hopefully I'll see an improvement in my waisteline soon!

Hope you're all well. Congrats to all the losers & hugs to all those who need it!
