Hello. I haven't been on the same planet lately but feeling better but 2 lbs heavier. Went out for a meal with my brother and ate too much but it was delicious. Back on track tomorrow.0
-
Today was so so,
2 weetabix with milk
slice pineapple and melon
cheese and pickle wholemeal roll
apple
pasta bolagnaise sandwich (I know but did not put enough pasta in and had 4 to feed out of it)
half a cheese sandwich and small handfull monster munch (at the pub were I managed to drink water all night)
Not much exercise as football all day but did do 2 hours houseworkReal men never follow instructions; after all they are just the manufacturer's opinion on how to put something together.0 -
morning everyone!
wasn't around yesterday due to a migraine but am a lot better today although not 100% yet.
Frogga - great to hear from you again:j I hope RS is ok and hasn't spent all your winnings yet;):D
I know what you mean about sizes - everyone carries their weight differently and your body shape makes a lot of difference. I'm a pear shape so even though I'm 10 stone(5ft 7) which is quite slim I will never get into size 10s due to the width of my hips whereas the more apple shaped person can get into smaller trousers but still carry a lot of weight above the waisteline.my top half is much smaller than my bottom half;) much to my DHs dismay:D
I'm off to work later and there's a birhtday party involved but I'm taking food with me.
B - spaghetti on toast
L - egg, new potato salad, yoghurt
D - dont know yet, may be a pub meal at work.
snacks - fruit, cereal bars and yoghurt.
hope you all have a great day xDo what you love :happyhear0 -
:j I lost a pound :j
Don't ask me how the heck that happened but I'm not complaining!!
New goal has been achieved....total loss 65lbs!:D
Next goal is another 5lbs off to hit the 5 stone mark though at this rate thats at least 5 weeks away!!:o
Another beautiful sunny day so going to take my ironing outside and then do some walking later.
I'm also very happy as hubs and I have decided to start trying for another bambino (he took a bit of time to think about the idea!) so want to be in the best shape before I get pregnant.
Hope you all have a fab day, weight loss is so much easier when I'm in a good mood!!:rotfl:0 -
Hi all,
A very hot and sticky day in work ahead, which means I won't want to eat much
Someone has brought in birthday cake which usually has me picking but I have 'the fear' about a wedding at the weekend that I have to go to with OH. I bought my dress a while ago and it was a snug fit but I am a bit concerned about the muscle bulk in my arms due to mountain biking as I have very broad shoulders so can look quite 'manish'
I'm too scared to try it on again!
B: 50g muesli with plain yoghurt and strawberries
L: Mixed salad with cottage cheeseNot sure, can't remember whats on the plan but it will be either with salad or a huge salad alone as FIL gave us 2 lovely round lettuces and a bunch of radishes from his plot yesterday
Hope you are all well0 -
Morning.
Last week went to pot. Had some down days and so ate.
Feeling a bit brighter today so hopefully will get back on track.
b: potato farl, smoked salmon and two poached eggs
l: tinned red salmon and some microwave rice (ran out of time)
d: mackerel/kippers and barley stuffed peppers (in slow cooker - hence running out of time).
so a bit of a fishy day! :rotfl:
Edit: lunch was a weightwatchers chicken stuffing sarnie (only one with no sesame traces) and a mars ice cream, but I'm sure my 6,000 steps I've just done for lunch has cancelled out the mars icecreamworking on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -

Sorry I've been absent for a while, found out in April that I'm pregnantSo the last 2 months have been all about trying to maintain my weight, not lose it! Unfortunately that's not quite gone to plan, and I'm nearly a stone lighter, but I'm getting there.
Hope everyones well and motivated.Weight loss to date - 8st 13lbs :j0
